This clean and comfortable lake-access home is located on Long Island in Moultonborough. This home has been recently painted throughout, with new furniture in the living and family rooms. The home has a complete kitchen that includes a TV, dishwasher and a microwave.

Four bedrooms: master has queen-size bed, another with a full-size bed, third bedroom has two twin beds and the fourth has a set of bunk beds. The family room is decorated with a new sectional which includes a lounge, has 30-inch Sony TV that has cable access through Time Warner Cable, and there are two French doors that lead you out to a 30 by 16-foot deck. There is patio table and chairs with umbrella so you can enjoy outdoor living. In addition, we have a desk top computer available with high speed internet access so you can keep in touch with family and friends while relaxing at the lake house. The cathedral ceiling living room has a granite fireplace and a library of several books for your reading pleasure.

Just a five minute walk to West Point Association beach that has volleyball, tennis and basketball courts, children's playground and picnic tables. Also, you can enjoy the Long Island Town Beach which is seven minutes away and has a life guard on duty. There are two public boat launches a half mile away; one near the marina and one off Long Island Road. Great fishing off the Long Island bridge.

Take the kids on a day trip to Story Land, Santa’s Village, Six Gun City or the Heritage Museum located in the White Mountains. A shopping trip to North Conway is always fun where there are many outlets i.e. Eddie Bauer, Nike, Reebok, Banana Republic, Liz Claiborne, Children’s Place, OshKosh, Carters, Famous Footwear, Bass, J Crew, Hanes, Harry and David, Bombay, Dress Barn, Party Shop, Nautica, Chuck Roast, Lindt Chocolate, Stonewall Kitchen, LL Bean, Yankee Candle just to name a few but there are many others.

Please bring your own linens and towels. We provide the pillows and blankets. If you would like us to provide the linens there will be an additional charge.
