Why the Owner Chose St. George
I purchased my unit over 2 years ago because I love Southern Utah and visit as often as possible. I hope to use it as a part time retirement residence when or if I can ever retire.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
I love the fact that I have a world calls spa in my backyard and have access to the facilities there(hot tubs, pools, fitness center, tennis plus their great programs and spa treatments!!!). But most of all I LOVE that St. George offers first class hiking and scenery not only right in town but it is such a short (and scenic) drive to so many other Southern Utah attractions...Zion, Bryce, the Wave, Ecalante, Capitol Reef...the list is endless.
