Large and airy four bedroom townhouse has the perfect location in the heart of Sea Isle! A one-and-a-half block walk will get you to the life guarded beach, convenience store, and to restaurants. Also, a short walk from an ice cream shop, mini golf, nightclubs, and the main grandstand area for summer activities and concerts. Off street parking is provided, so park your car and enjoy your stay.
The bottom floor contains a garage with a pool table and chairs. There is also an enclosed shower in the back, perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach. The second floor has three bedrooms and a full bath. The rooms have a queen bed, one full, and two twins. Two bedrooms have private decks with chairs and sliding doors, TVs and one has a VCR.
The top floor has a huge open living room and kitchen with a high vaulted ceiling to add to the airy, beachy feel. There is a sliding door out onto the top deck with an awning to offer shade on hot days. This deck also includes a table and eight chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped and the table seats six with two additional counter seats. The living room has an enormous sectional with two full-size pull out beds, a large chair with ottoman, a 36-inch TV with cable, DVD player, and stereo. This floor also has a full bathroom with vaulted ceiling and skylight. The master bedroom with a king bed has a high ceiling and a private deck and chairs with a view of the bay and beautiful sunsets.
In addition to the activities in town, the property is located 25 minutes from Historic Cape May with its beautiful Victorians and 25 minutes from the casinos in Atlantic City. For the kids, don't miss the Ocean City Boardwalk, which is a 15 minute drive, offering shopping, games, amusement park rides, restaurants, and a movie theater.
