This beautifully decorated three bedroom home is located in the Northwest corner of Lake Tahoe's "Gold Coast". Designed by lake Tahoe architect Robert Crippen in 1984 the house has a romantic Tahoe feel with the high tech option to access wireless internet when you choose. The large master bedroom has its own bathroom, a walk-in closet and cable TV. The house has close to 1750 square feet located on a huge lot with plenty of parking including a two car garage. A horse shoe pit is available in summer outside the french sliding door. The kitchen looks out on a beautiful redwood deck (25x 25ft) over the garage. Ready for BQ in summer or snow balls throws in winter. The house also has wi fi internet access.
Summer and winter recreational and commercial activities are available within walking, biking or easy driving. World famous Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows and Northstar ski resorts are within minutes. Summer hiking and biking trails begin one block away. Lake Tahoe beaches and summer fun are less than 1/4 mile away. Great shopping in small local stores in Tahoe City or gambling in Nevada is also a short drive. This is Tahoe's less developed and more beautiful Gold Coast.

Our family of nine had a wonderful week in this very comfortable home nestled in one of the beautiful neighborhoods of Tahoe City! The listing is very accurate and the home is very clean and well maintained. We ate most of our meals in the home and found the kitchen very well stocked with the dishes, pots and pans we needed. The owner was very helpful and called to see how we were doing. The older kids skied at the local resorts which were very close by and the little kids loved the community center just two blocks away. We would recommend this home to any of our friends and family.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, families with young children, romantic getaway.
