This beautiful three bedroom home is located in the Northwest corner of Lake Tahoe's "Gold Coast". Recently painted with new carpet and windows insrtaled and surround in a river rock wainscoating. Designed by lake Tahoe architect Robert Crippen in 1984 the house has romantic Tahoe feel. The master bedroom has its own bathroom and a walk-in closet. The house has close to 1750 square feet located on a large lot with plenty of parking including a two car garage. The kitchen looks out on a large redwood deck (25x 25ft) over the garage.
Summer and winter recreational and commercial activities are available within walking, biking or easy driving. World famous Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows and Northstar ski resorts are within minutes. Summer hiking and biking trails begin one block away. Lake Tahoe beaches and summer fun are less than 1/4 mile away. Great shopping in small local stores or gambling in Nevada is also a short drive.
