Choosing a vacation home is always a challenge. It sometimes seems like the owners have decorated the home with the best that the discount stores had to offer, and then let it ride for as many years as possible. Well, this is not the case with “Paradise Perfected”. Every single thing in this home was chosen and purchased with the care and consideration that comes from a couple who are furnishing a dream home. This house is truly one of the finest of the Great Homes located in the exclusive gated Sanctuary of the Key West Golf Club. Imagine a beautiful peaceful setting that offers comfort, tranquility, and seclusion, all within minutes of everything that Key West offers.
Downstairs features a sophisticated, elegant living area, the art and furnishings clearly revealing the designer background of the owners. Adjacent to the living room is a cozy media room with 42” plasma TV. The dining area is gracious and inviting, right off of a well-equipped kitchen. There are overhead fans in every room.
Upstairs you’ll find 3 bedrooms, all carefully and lovingly decorated, each with a veranda. The master bedroom, with its four-poster queen bed and billowy curtains, suggests Key West’s romantic past. There is a master bath and a second full upstairs bath shared by the second and third bedrooms, each with their own access to the front balcony.
The bricked patio garden at the rear of the home is lush, tropical and private, with the scent of gardenias and jasmine. There is a wide deck that is a delight for morning coffee and evening wine. The view is across the fifth fairway of the Rees Jones Golf Course to a small pond.
Enjoy your own dipping pool or take a short walk to the spectacular community pool just down the quiet road.
