The Lake Cliffe Condos are arguably the best lodging in Dillon! Their premier location is immediately adjacent to the Dillon Marina, outdoor amphitheater, Dillon town centre, the bike path which interconnects with all of Summit County and, of course, six premier ski areas! Any activity you want to enjoy is within minutes of Lake Cliffe, no matter what the season!
Our first-floor condo has everything you need to make your stay in the Colorado Rockies memorable. The floor plan is open and spacious with 1,080 square feet. The condo is decorated with mountain, cowboy and nautical themes. The spacious living room is highlighted with a rock wall and gas fireplace, and opens directly to the complex’s own park. Electronics include two TVs, (a NEW 40" flat screen in the living room), DVD/VCR, CD player and high-speed internet access.
The fully-equipped kitchen includes a stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and all the dishware and cookware you’ll need. You can enjoy your meal either in the adjoining dining room that looks out at Lake Dillon and the surrounding peaks or on the covered outside deck, which includes a gas grill and lawn chairs.
There are two bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. One bedroom contains a queen bed and its bathroom has a steam shower. The second bedroom contains twin beds (which can be put together to make a king) and its bathroom contains a tub/shower. There is a TV in this room.A queen sofa sleeper can sleep two. There is a full-sized washer and dryer for your use. I supply all paper and soap products.
Enjoy yourself in the newly remodeled clubhouse, which features an indoor swimming pool, two hot tubs and changing room. Also available (by reservation) is a private meeting room.
For winter activities, Summit County is hard to beat! Enjoy skiing/boarding at one of the six world-class ski resorts (Keystone, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, A-Basin, Loveland or Vail) all within minutes of our condo. There is also snowmobiling, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, sledding and ice skating nearby.
During the summer, enjoy sailing, boating or kayaking on Lake Dillon, biking on the paved path or the numerous mountain bike trails, hiking, climbing breathtaking "fourteeners," fly fishing, golfing, attending city-sponsored festivals, the Friday Farmers Market or the free Saturday night concerts at the amphitheater, or just sitting on our deck and watching the sunset over Lake Dillon! During the fall there is the magnificent display of golden aspen and other fall foliage to view.
The town of Dillon and nearby areas contain all the basic amenities you need, plus numerous restaurants and brewpubs, a movie theater, bowling alley, and factory outlet shops. The free Summit Stage bus system can connect you anywhere in the county, including the ski resorts.

This area is less than 1 mile from the condo and has everything for your needs - grocery store, liquor store, movie theater, Blockbuster, sporting goods store, numerous restaurants - and our favorite,
The condo is 1 mile from I-70. Copper Mountain ski resort is 15 minutes from here and Vail is 25 minutes. Denver is 75 minutes.
Keystone is less than 10 minutes away and A-Basin is 15 minutes from the condo.
This is a quick way to Frisco and Breckenridge. The bike path runs in front of the condo and you can take it to Keystone or along the Dam Road and then either to Breckenridge or Vail.

Clean and accomodating. Eager to please. Would rent again for spring break, maybe other times too Now the ski areas have higher season ending prices for lift tickets then in years past. Still great location for Summit County Skiing

This is our second time in the condo, we had a great time. We skied Keystone, Breckenridge and Beaver Creek. It was a little cold this year, but good snow so we had a great time. The condo is great, we love it here!

Thank you for a lovely stay. The condo was so comfortable and homey. When we had no energy left we just came back and relaxed. We thought Dillon was convenient for everything, the condo is in a great position. Every night was quiet which we appreciated. Thanks again, we will be back if we ski Colorado again.

We desert dwellers just loved the quiet cool week on lovely Dillon Lake. This was a change for us as we usually stay in Breck [Breckenridge] - it is quiet here and convenient to everything. Condo is so comfortable and we really appreciated the computer hookup! Thanks for making our visit so nice!

First of all, wanted to say how well I enjoyed the condo. It was everything I needed and more. The accommodations were great!! Also got to see the black fox with the white tipped tail playing outside the back window...got some pictures. The skiing was really great. Also enjoyed hiking very much...the short hike up Mayflower Gulch was great!! Looking forward to coming back again in the summer to do some of the many trails. THANKS!

Had a great time at the condo (my wife's idea of camping) over the 4th of July weekend. The concerts and fireworks show at the amphitheater were fantastic. It got a little cold on the 4th so we ended up watching the fireworks from the deck. It was just as good a view as anywhere. Went fishing at the public dock by the park the first morning we were here and had good luck. The second day we went to the first pull off on Highway 6 and everybody caught their limit. Ate out at Jersey Boys Pizza one night and weren't disappointed. Ended up being lunch the next day. Everything about the condo was great. We are already planning a date to rent it again. ps - my wife's idea of camping was great!

Our week here was outstanding! Booked a guide for fishing and caught several trout. Rented ATVs in Frisco and ate so much great food. The condo's location is terrific and everything was clean and well maintained. We'll be back! Thanks for everything.

Our vacational experience at this condo was great.We’d like to emphasize the willingness and permanent disposition of the owners, Paula and Jim, to offer all the assistance and to respond to the consultations that as a visitors may need. They are of the most reliable and kind people we have found everywhere. This was our third trip to Colorado, from the faraway place where we live, and the condo made us feel like we have a home here. The #106 Unit is wonderful. Very well located, equipped and maintained.The details the owners give to the apartment make the difference: an extremely comfortable master bed, a complete kitchen, with an additional barbecue at the patio, the steam shower, an inside washer-dryer, no problems with parking at the gate, ski closet, everything works, etc. It meets all our expectations and more.Skiing was awesome, and so were the brewpubs that Paula and Jim recommended.Thanks for a great stay.January 31th, 2009

Comment Text: We stayed at this Dillon condo for more than two months this summer 2008. It was very comfortable and well equipped and in a really special location with mtn. and lake views and easy access to the best of Summit County. The owners were caring and responsive. We thank them for helping make it our home away from home!
