Very nice clean place. Close to Deschutes River Trail and Mt Bachelor which were great pluses. Everything I needed was there and the owners were very helpful. Would stay here again. (The only reason I did not give it an excellent is because there is a constant humming from next to the Master Bedroom from I believe a hot water heater or something). Was great that I could bring my dogs with me! They loved all the walks and hikes we took.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, pet owners, romantic getaway, sightseeing.
Owner response: There is a circulation pump in the water heater closet next to the master bedroom. No one has ever commented about it. Had we known it was bothering the renter, it could have been unplugged, we spoke about it after she left. It's primarily there for very cold weather so the pipes don't freeze.

This is a great house in an awesome location. Close to everything Bend has to offer and easy to get to the great outdoors. And after a day of adventure it offers a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Looking forward to heading back soon!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, pet owners, sightseeing.

Very nice place, easy access to trails and golf courses, 8 minute bike ride to downtown.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, pet owners, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Just wanted to let people know how much we enjoyed our month long stay at Big Eddy. We plan to move to Bend in the near future, so we were looking at houses and exploring the many attributes Bend is noted for. Not only was the location ideal, it was clean and well appointed with a relaxing atmosphere that was welcomed at the end of each day. The owners are a delight to work with and have made this house a home for their many guests.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, pet owners, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Our family enjoyed a wonderful week at Riverwild. What a perfect Bend location. Close to everything - Deshcutes River, hiking/biking trails, the mountain and downtown. Yet quiet, peaceful and friendly. The house was beautifully furnished and stocked with anything you could imagine needing. The pool was close by and welcoming. Jeff was great to work with. We can't wait to return!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, pet owners, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

What a wonderful vacation home. We had a great time and couldn't have been more comfortable. There was plenty of room for two families, and our boys definitely loved the ping pong table. Lovely place to hang your hat, skis, bike helmet or whatever you are into. This place is super nice - clean, well-anointed and extremely comfortable. Plenty of room for a group and in a great location. Great hot tub and pool only a few steps away. Owners are very accomodating and easy to work with. We had a wonderful stay over New Year's. The house was nicer than we had hoped and very well equipped. You could cook a turkey dinner for 20 in that kitchen. And the owners couldn't be nicer. Gorgeous property with top of the line furnishings and appliances. You can tell this condo is nice by the pictures, but you will find that it is actually even nicer when you are there in person. In addition to the fabulous interior, the location is fantastic. The Mt. Bachelor Village area is right next to the Deschutes River trail that offers fantastic running and walking trails. Perfect location so close to town. Can't wait to come back during ski season with the easy access to mountain. Home was new,very clean, and had a floorplan that worked great with kids. A family favorite! The house is extremely comfortable and equipped with MORE than all of the comforts of home. We love the furnishings & finishes that have that "Bend" feeling. We had such a wonderful family vacation. The home is lovely. The finishes are elegant. There is everything you need in this house. We especially liked barbequeing on the deck with the fabulous view. We have traveled extensively on ski trips around the world. We loved the area, the people, the mountain,and the comfort of our accomodations. The market, restaurants and shops are close by. What a fabulous retreat! Great location, close to skiing, downtown, and a wonderful hiking trail by the river. The home is beautifully decorated with every convenience from the fully equipped kitchen to the soft fluffy towels. We absolutely LOVE to stay at this house! It has all of the comforts being at home DOESN'T have! Beautifully constructed and furnished, it is gorgeous and wonderfully comfortable. This is a nicely furnished, clean home with a well-equipped kitchen. The neighborhood is very peaceful and the residents are quite friendly. We enjoyed the ping pong table and free long distance. The owner was easy going and even gave us a last minute discount. If you have little ones learning to walk, there are two steps from the living room to kitchen that require a watchful eye.
