Our charming villa located in the gated resort community of Solana is only 12 minutes from Disney and close to Universal, SeaWorld, and many other world class attractions. We have taken great care in upgrading many areas of our home for your comfort, and to ensure you have a perfect vacation. Our furniture has been upgraded to include large comfortable sofas and hotel quality bedding. We have a linen service that provides you with pressed sheets/linen's upon your arrival. We have a pool table in the home instead of in the garage wear you can spend quality family time in a climate controlled environment. Every bed room has TV/DVD player for your viewing enjoyment.
All wet areas have upgraded tile. There are two master bedroom suites on opposite ends of the home to ensure privacy for both occupants. The enclosed private heated pool & spa have been upgraded to include extra large decking with a covered lanai, so you can enjoy outdoor dining, reading, or other activities in all weather, and shielded from the summer sun. The pool area includes reclining lounge chairs, tables, and other great amenities.
