This is a beautiful 2 bed, 2 bath unit with views of the pool from your kitchen, dining room and patio. The unit has an entrance through your attached garage. The condominium is located in a gated community built in 2005. The home has comfortable furniture throughout including leather seating in the living room.

The Master Bedroom features a queen bed with a comfortable pillow-top mattress, memory foam and quality sheets. The bed is higher off the floor than some beds. The Master has a walk in closet for plenty of storage. Relax in the large soaking tub in the master bathroom which has a walk-in tile shower, double-sink vanity and separate toilet area. There is an armoire with TV and DVD player.

The second bedroom has a queen bed with a comfortable mattress, memory foam pad and quality sheets. This room also has an armoire with TV and DVD player.

The main bath features a single-sink vanity, toilet and tub with shower.

Also provided is a Twin roll-away bed with quality sheets, mattress pad, blanket and pillow.

Enjoy the kitchen and dining area with a counter-height table and all the utensils you'll need to make your favorite meal. All you'll need to bring are the groceries!

Being in Litchfield Park you are near many sporting facilities, golf courses, shopping, grocery stores, restaurants and entertainment. You're just minutes from PIR (NASCAR), University of Phoenix Stadium (NFL AZ Cardinals) and the Glendale Arena (NHL Phoenix Coyotes). Spring training facilities at the 9 different ballparks are within a 35 mile radius. The Peoria Sports Complex and Surprise Stadium are also nearby. The new Dodgers and Indians stadiums are within 10-15 minutes. Chase Field (home of the MLB Diamondbacks) and US Airways Center (home of the NBA Phoenix Suns) are approximately 35-40 minutes away.

  • Just got back from a stay at the condo for a family wedding at the Wigwam. Worked out perfectly. The condo is so inviting and has everything you need (like an iron) and things you didn't know you needed (like a griddle to make french toast)! The kids went swimming almost every day. The proximity to the pool is great, as is the attached garage, the washer/dryer and all other necessary ammenities. Nice, quiet, relaxing community. We also went to Sprouts which was a great place to get things like premade kabobs for the grill. Everything you need is close by, and access to freeways is easy. Thanks again to Lori and Rod

  • If you want to get close to heaven, then this is the place for you... Rod & Lori have really made this place to feel like your own..It is beautifully decorated, the location is absolutely the best, and the surrounding areas have everything close at hand for you. Swimming everyday was a comfort that is hard to beat, except for relaxing in the hot tub afterwards, which helps one to relax & get a peaceful night's sleep. The other residents were so nice, that this was indeed, the best place to be for a winter. This is one of the best kept areas I have ever seen, and the surrounding area is indeed, beautiful... We look forward to coming back again... actually, we can't wait for next winter to arrive.. Thank you Lori & Rod... You are the best and this is definitely a piece of heaven... Ginny Johnston

  • We just returned from our stay at the Litchfield Condo and we were thrilled with our accomodations. Our unit was clean and well kept and the pool and barbecue area were just outside our door. The coded security gate and the automatic garage door opener provided easy and secure access to our unit. It also made it easy to pack and unpack without having to trek around the premises. The location is in close proximity to restaurants, shopping and movie theatres. For Nascar fans, the trip to Phoenix International Raceway is an easy drive from this location. And...There was plenty of room to separate our two teenage boys!! Thanks Lori and Rod for providing such a nice home away from home.

  • This condo is so warm, welcoming and comfortable. Every need is provided for and we didn't want for anything. It's very close to a variety of shopping and entertainment. It is very quiet and what a great location..just outside the patio door is the beautiful pool and hot tub.. Very user friendly..We even received a phone call from the owner checking to see if we had any questions and how we were doing. We definitely want to return! A special thank you to Rod and Lori..

  • The condo was lovely and the location was perfect. It was nicely decorated and very clean. The biggest plus was being right next to the pool - we used the hottub every evening of our stay. Nice bikepaths for running nearby. Having an attached garage was also a plus. Finally, the owners were easy to reach and very responsive to our questions and needs. I would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again.

  • My stay at this Litchfield condo was superb. Really enjoyed the close proximity to shops, restaurants and areas to go walking. Having the attached garage was really convenient. The proprietors were very accommodating and helpful with making my stay comfortable. I look forward to a return visit.
