This spacious, in-town Condominium, just off Madison Avenue. And Iris st. Lays on three levels. The main level consists of a fully-supplied kitchen, with all cooking utensils, dishes, glassware, pots, pans, coffeemaker, etc. The living room is also on this level, and has a fireplace, two couches, rocker, and a flat screen TV with DVD.
The upper level has two bedrooms with a queen bed in each, cable TV with DVD. There is also a full bath on this level. The lower level has two bedrooms, the first one with a double bed, and a single bed, with cable TV, VHS, and DVD player. The second bedroom has one queen bed, cable TV, and DVD. This level also has a full bath, along with washer and dryer. All linens, towels, soaps for laundry, dishes, and bathrooms are supplied also.

Rate Details (In US Dollars)
May 1 through October 31 and November 20 through March 25.
1-4 People .. $205/night, $30 each additional person.
A deposit of 50% is required to hold the condo, balance due at check-in.
Three (3) night minimum stay.
10% bed tax is applicable.
Check-in after 3:00 pm & Check-out is 10:00 am.
