  The property was in very good condition, it was large enough to accommodate a large family and our dog was welcome. I have stayed at many vacation rental homes and this was the best equipped one I have stayed in. The owners were great and responded to any of our requests, the neighborhood was very safe and very friendly, I would recommend this home to all of my family and friends. The on site amenities were great and the local shopping was very convenient.

  Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, pet owners, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

  This home was everything we had hoped it would be! The home is decorated beautifully, is very spacious and there is nothing we would change. The gated community of Sandoval is lovely and perfect for bicycling and walking. The home is stocked with everything we could have needed, and we loved coming home to our pool after being out for the day. There was so much to do nearby; Pine Island and Matlacha was just a short drive. Great stores and restaurants are just a ten minute drive. The Glenn's are just a phone call away and were very nice to speak with. Don't hesitate to rent this home.

  This house is immaculate, beautiful and perfect. We felt like we were staying at a friend's house. Everything we needed was there and it is wonderful. We where five children age 6 month to 7 years who are already asking if we can go back and five adults. Beautiful pool and great TV, comfortable beds, very clean. Extremely relaxing, not in a "touristy" area. We would recommend it to our friends and family. The owners were very nice and helpful. When we arrived there was a problem with the refrigerator but after a call to Allen and his wife, then next day we where meet by a service guy which repair the refrigerator straight away I can't say enough about how wonderful this house and vacation was. We also enjoy the free pool area, playgrounds an tennis courts. We hope that we are allowed to recommend to some other Danish people. All the best Lars

  Oh my...I can't say enough nice things about the Glenn's, their home or the area of Cape Coral, Florida. First of all the house is IMMACULATE, pictures do not do it justice. Four adults, four children and two dogs (our other children) had MORE THAN ENOUGH room even though we hardly ever stayed inside. The pool was always a balmy 88 degrees. It was a pleasure to spend time in the crystal clear water in addition to our time relaxing in the lanai. Loved getting up in the morning and having my coffee in the pool. The house is equipped with EVERYTHING you would need to cook a four course, five star meal. Which we attemped on two occassions. For a real five star experience I recommend going to Rum Runners at the local yacht club. Make sure to ask for Michelle as she is the "bomb" as far as servers go. Trust everything she says and you will have the meal of a lifetime. There are a couple restaurants (and an ice cream parlor) in a plaza which is located just outside of the development. Paradise Deli was our favorite -- of course the kids enjoyed Brickhouse Pizza because there is a flat panel TV at each table (LOL). The house is also close to shopping and to the beaches of Fort Myers, Sanibel and Captiva Islands. In short, if you stay at the Glenns property you will not be disappointed. They are very friendly and courteous and are genuinely concerned about their renters comfort and happiness. Our families would love to come back in the years to come.   overall everything was great.we had a very god time here and the kids loved the pool.the house is huge and has everything that is needed to make a vacation enjoyable and worry free. we are already planning our next Florida getaway and we will definitely consider the Glenn's house for it. the Glenn's were very helpful with any inquiry and they quickly addressed any issue,small or big.THANKS!!!!

  Our family of four just returned from a fantastic week at this beautiful Cape Coral home. The home is immaculate, tastefully decorated and has everything you need for a relaxing stay. Sandoval is a friendly, gated community with beautiful landscaping and lots of activities. Our teenage boys spent a lot of time at the basketball courts, and we all used the fitness facilities. We also enjoyed outings to Sanibel Island, Miromar Outlet Mall and Pine Island. The owner of this home is easy to work with and made sure we had everythng we needed. It was very convenient to go directly to the home without having to check in with a property management company as we've done with other rentals. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a newer pool home.

  We had such a fantastic, relaxing time at your home for the 2 mos. we stayed there this winter. Your home has all the conveniences you could possibly want, and we felt so much "at home" here we hated to leave! You and Tracy were so pleasant to deal with from the time of rental until the end of our stay. You made us feel we could call you at any time with any questions we might have while staying there. Our family guests really enjoyed all the amenities at the clubhouse and pool, as well as your pool. We hope to stay here again as everything about the house is so spectacular!   We loved our time at the Glenns' home. My sister lives in Cape Coral, so we were able to split our family between the two homes and had a great 11 days. The home is immaculate, beautifully decorated, spacious and the ammenities of the neighborhood are perfect for families with children. The Glenns are attentive and professional owners by promptly responding to emailed questions and by making sure all was going well throughout our vacation. We knew we could call them at any time. The Cape Coral area offers relaxation as well as many fun outings. Book your trip now!

  My husband and I were fortunate enough to spend 3 months at this oasis in Cape Coral. The lanai not only offered us a place to relax, enjoy the pool but as well experience the gorgeous sunsets. The home is very spacious and comfortable having an open air concept. What we especially loved were the luscious gardens in the entire community with lovely flowers, palm trees and winding paths. Can't wait to go back! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.Anna and Larry

  We stayed at the Glenn's Florida home in mid April for a long golf weekend. The home was in a perfect location to be able to get to any of the dozens of golf courses in the area. We were very pleased and comfortable in the Glenn's beautiful 4 bedroom home. Everything was furnished and the pool was a great area to relax after each round of golf. We even used the grill one night to make a terrific steak dinner. The gated community was very private and access was very easy. Overall, I would highly recommend anyone who wants to have a relaxing vacation to talk to the Glenn's about using their home.

  My 15 year old daughter and I had an opportunity to spend her Spring Break at the Glenn's property and we hated to leave! The community is beautiful, peaceful, friendly. The property itself is spacious and beautifully decorated. All ammenities are up-to-date and in excellent condition. The pool, of course, was the highlight for my daughter and it was nice to be able to sit back and enjoy the comfort of airconditioning while she was being a fish. It was easy to spend time at the beach as well, however, as there are several within a 20-30 minute drive. Cape Coral itself is lovely with it's small time shops and landscaping, but have no fear there is plenty of current commercial attractions as well. We flew into Tampa and drive to Cape Coral (2 hrs) and it was so peaceful - many opportunities to view the ocean. We can't wait to go back!

  We had a wonderful time at the Glenn's Florida vacation home. The home was in a terrific gated community with lots of amenities. The home is in great condition and tastefully decorated. The pool was a favorite area for our family. Very convenient area, close to restaurants, stores, etc. The Glenn's were terrific, they helped us out with all our questions and helped make our vacation great.
