Our one bedroom, non-smoking condo has been entirely renovated and professionally decorated. This is a desirable ground floor end unit, with a no step entrance, located on the golf course and the canal. Full-size washer and dryer are convenient, and not available in all units! You can sit comfortably on the large deck watching your children golf, fish and net for crabs, or just relax and BBQ on the gas grill.
Located on the Sandpiper 8th Fairway you are in the center of it all. One of the five resort pools is 150 feet from the front door. The Canal Marina 120 feet from back deck. 1100 feet of private white sandy beach is a short walk, or bike away. If you have a lot to carry, just drive there; beach side parking is restricted to Sandpiper guests, so parking is always available. This unit has been completely remodeled, and all appliances upgraded. Set the mood for your vacation with Radio Margaritaville or any of the many choices on the new SIRIUS radio stereo system.

This is with out a doubt the best vacation experience i've had. Great deals, Awesome condo. The nicest owners to deal with I give the entire vacation a 10!!!!!
