LOCATION LOCATION !! CALL FOR WINTER RATES!! Walk to beach, shops and restaurants 1 block away. Beautiful new home completed in April 2007. Ocean view from upstairs kitchen/dining area as well as from the decks. The kitchen has an extra ice maker to keep your drinks cold & to fill your coolers up for a day at the beach. There are covered decks from all 6 of the bedrooms. Brand new beds and bedding with egyptian cotton sheets.Each bedroom has it's own bath!
1 bedroom has 2 bunk beds (sleeps 4 children), another has 2 twin beds. 2 king size bedrooms , both with cable tv, where you can step out onto the deck and relax on the hammock. 2 bedrooms upstairs with queen beds and cable television. Sleeps 14.This house is well stocked and has 2 washers and dryers. It has everything you will need! Just bring your food and personal care items.
A Large opened great room with plenty of seating for everyone to hang out and watch TV on the 42 inch large flat screen LCD w/surround sound. Beautifully landscaped yard. Lovely large private pool with wooden privacy fence with a grill to have a BBQ. This is the first time this beautiful home has been on the rental market.Fresh and New and you won't have to go to a rental office to pick up the keys!
This house is located in the heart of the island. 1 block to the left and you can be at the lively side of the beach and play volleyball or 1 block to the right(9th Avenue) you can take a relaxing walk on the quiet side. Surfing lessons are available as well, my daughter took 1 lesson and was surfing! She can't wait to go again.
When your not out seeing the sights, you'll still enjoy yourself while staying "home". Located at #5, 10th Avenue(on the corner of Carolina Blvd & 10th Ave) so you won't have to wait to cross busy Palm Blvd. I check e-mails daily , so if you have any questions about the area just ask.
The kids will love our game area with video games,foosball,air hockey & mini basketball. The roof deck is a great place to enjoy the breeze and the ocean view. Charleston is less than 15 minutes away. I rent on a 1st come 1st serve basis, so book your Charleston Beach vacation now! Daily and weekly rentals are available.
Come visit lovely Charleston and stay in your own private resort. Remember that even in the fall and winter the temperature is still very mild and the island is always beautiful.
