The private corner location with spacious lanai, a minute walk to the Pool and Barbecue area, with tropical decor, is air conditioned, has two bedrooms, two baths (approx 1200 square foot) with full kitchen, new stainless steel appliances, granite counter-tops, new Cherrywood cabinets, new carpet, and washer and dryer. Come relax inside with the 3 new plasma TVs and two Blu-ray players,or out on the lanai, with the new lounge-chairs and dining set. Assigned parking is steps from the front door.
Walk to top beaches, tennis, premier shops,world-class resorts, and restaurants. Just a short drive to other island activities and to town of Kihei for grocery stores, movie theater, and more restaurants. This is a smoke-free and pet-free unit.
For larger groups, we can possibly have our unit, and our friends unit, (above us) available at the same time.

There is nothing bad to say ,the condo was perfect as well as the location and parking just out the door. We were with our daughter ,son-in-law and 8 month old baby, the two master suites gave everyone lots of space and privacy. The little guy waking up at 3:30 AM one morning prompted us to drive up to see the sunrise at the top of the volcano (dress warm and take flashlights) what an experience. What a great condo - we loved the lush gardens, view of the pool and waterfall right at the edge of the lanai. So comfortable and everything we needed was right at hand within the unit. The area of Wailea is beautiful and the complex Grand Champions is first-class! Loved our two weeks there - will certainly remember this as a wonderful vacation experience!Recommended for: Age 55+.

Aloha and thank you so much for the wonderful condo. We were also at a conference @ the Grand Wailea-we enjoyed the condo equally. Our kids appreciated the space to play, the movies and sharing their toast crumbs with the birds on the lanai. We had a wonderful time in Maui. The highlight of our trip was, obviously our niece's wedding. We also enjoyed seeing the gravesite of Charles Lindberg and the Seven Sacred Pools, while driving the awesome Hana Highway, AND, saying in this beautiful condo. The moment we entered this condo upon arrival, we felt right at home. It was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. We made use of all of the amenities. Aloha!-My Goodness-this trip has been absolutely amazing! We feel so lucky to have stayed in this wonderful condo! The second we walked in the door, we felt right at home. It is so clean and beautifully decorated. We had family staying in 2 other condos on the Grand Champion property, and it was decided that this condo (#41) was the best! There was plenty of space for me and my husband, my parents, and my brother to stay in this condo comfortably. The close proximity to the pool and BBQ grill was perfect! Wow...what can we say about this beautiful property! Having been to Maui many times in the past, we wanted a beautiful and quiet area as well as nice beaches nearby. We got all of that. The condo is nicely furnished, with good beds, great flat screen TV's as well as all the accessories you need for the beach! We ate breakfast each morning on the patio, overlooking the pool and enjoyed the birds singing and nearby water feature. The beaches are close, with one of Maui's best, Big Beach, being only about a 8 minute drive. It is stunning. The golf course is right next door. Wailea is a nice small area that is well kept and beautiful. The nicest on the island in my opinion. Overall this condo and area was better than expected and I will definitely be back to stay. About the owner: My Wife and I have enjoyed owning this beautiful property in Maui with such a relaxing feel since 2004. We love having a place to come to and experience the magnificent beauty that the island has to offer. With 3 kids, we are able to have some great family memories here in Maui. We hope we can share this experience with our guests!
