This roomy, six bedroom, three bath victorian home (which sleeps 18 comfortably) offers the perfect setting for 'multiple families' vacation and 'multi-generation' reunions. Conveniently located across the street from the ocean and the north end of the boardwalk, this house is a few minute's walk from Funland, restaurants, and shops of Rehoboth.
Enjoy the panoramic ocean views from the front or rear second floor decks, or relax and listen to the sounds of the waves on the large, old fashioned, front porch complete with white wicker furniture.
The light and airy interior is tastefully decorated with various antiques, seascape oil paintings, and authentic nautical memorabilia. This together with 3 outdoor showers modeled after 'turn-of-the-century' beach cabanas, provide a fun and relaxing atmosphere for all groups.

I recommend this beautiful house to anyone with lots of family and friends who want to relax and enjoy the best of a beach vacation together. It gives everyone a very short walk to the beach – just a couple of houses away from the sand and the beginning of the Rehoboth boardwalk. The house itself is a beautiful Victorian with all its charm intact. The bathroom tiles and fixtures are in keeping with the vintage of the house and are well-kept and clean. The kitchen has been upgraded substantially and even has two full refrigerators and two big dishwashers. The big, open front porch has plenty of sturdy wicker furniture for relaxing while enjoying the smell of the ocean and watching the world go by. I definitely look forward to going back here again and again.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children.

My family has stayed at this beautiful beach house several times over the past few years. The location is ideal - at the north end of the Rehoboth Beach boardwalk - close enough to walk into town but away from the noise and chaos. You can see and smell the ocean from the front porch - my favorite part of the house. I love sitting out front in the morning or evening and reading to the sound of the waves. It's ideal for families - two "parent" bedrooms on the ground floor with two bathrooms in the hall. Kids have multiple options upstairs in two large "sleeping rooms". Another favorite for me is the outdoor showers - so refreshing to shower and dry in the open air. Large, well-equipped kitchen with two comfortable family-size dining rooms - one between front living room and kitchen and another on back of the house beyond the kitchen. Owner supplies plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas and bikes. My family always looks forward to coming back to this beach escape.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children.

We didn't read any reviews before we stayed, and boy I'm glad we didn't! I have no idea what "Burned" is talking about. We loved the house, found everything clean, comfortable, and inviting. The house has multiple outside showers, with dispensers in them! Wow! We came down with our kids, grandkids, and my 102 year old Aunt. Other than the front steps, Aunt Ruthie didn't have to climb steps for anything - because there are bedrooms and bathrooms on the first level. (Kids sent upstairs - 2 upstairs decks - we did yoga on the front one!) You can relax in the house - no fussy furnishings, etc. Bikes, BBQ, chairs - all supplied. Oh, and did I say multiple outside showers! It's located just past the end of the boardwal, so there's an unobstructed view of the ocean. It's a short walk to Rehoboth Ave's restaurants and bars. We are definitely coming back!Recommended for: Age 55+, people with disabilities, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children, sightseeing.

I rented this property in all good faith for our family of 18. I used some of my dad's inheridance money.My 29 year old daughter -in-law had passed away two weeks before ,so we all decided that we would still go for the healing time together. This place was a disaster from the very first day. The showers did not work Most of us took showers outside. Things were broken,there was mildew on shower curtains.kitchen and bathrooms had to be cleaned when we got there.We made the most of our surroundings and spent most of time on the front porch.
