Spacious and luxurious, this fully-furnished, three-bedroom, two-bath rental apartment is perfect for holiday or business use, and located in a modern, comfortable complex, only a short walk to both the Palais/Convention Center and the Croisette/Beach.
The apartment is approximately 950 square feet (88m2), accommodates a maximum of six guests, and is located on the third floor, readily accessible by elevator. Features include; central air-conditioning, shared pool and enclosed/lockable underground garage.
This third floor apartment has two balconies with scenic views, the first is a spacious 325 square feet (30m2) off the living room, kitchen and master bedroom with a south exposure, perfect for outdoor dining.
Views include: to the east the exclusive "California" district of Cannes and to the west the St. Nicolas Gardens. A beautiful mature tree immediately off the main balcony is the home of numerous doves.

This apartment was secure, clean and well equipped and the air-conditioning invaluable as temperatures soared into the high 90s. The children especially enjoyed the pool, which was rarely crowded. The proximity to various facilities was ideal--supermarket, various fresh food shops, pharmacy and a Lidl for all Lidl fans. Buses (1 Euro!!) and the train station were a short walk away and the beach approximatley 15 minutes. It was ideal for exploring further along the coast and into the hills. Mathias was friendly, helpful and very efficient and made our holiday arrangements as easy as possible. Francoise was always charming and very helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Mathias' apartment and look forward to returning in the very near future. Date of Stay: August 2009

We were a group of five and found this property very comfortable. The inside and outside of the property was very clean with plenty of security. It was very easy to check in and check out. The location is only ten minutes walking from the city center and also very easy to get to A8. All bedrooms open to a balcony and have adequate closet space. The place is provided with all electrical needs and everything is in good working order. The kitchen was well equipped with all our needs. Overall we do recommend this place for vacation or work. here is a recently received review ... "Fantastic -the website is true!-The description and photographs of the apartment are very accurate but there is a wow factor when you open the front door. It is very modern, clean, spacious airconditioned apartment with a fantastic balcony and pool. We had read all this on the website but it still exceeded our expectations. You do get the sense of entering a luxury block of apartments because of the security, marble construction and cleanliness. It is a slow short walk (6-8 minutes) to the railway station and then a short walk (6-8) minutes to the beach through the shopping centre. We ate out and walked home at 9-10pm and felt perfectly safe. Francoise , the concierge, was an excellent help as was the owner Mathias, who was very helpful through the whole process. I would definitely recommend this apartment to a friend and we will be very happy to use it again in the future. Dave & Sue from England" June 2009
