Quiet, wooded lane surrounded by native pine trees, private fenced patio in rear yard. Close to three lovely warm water beaches with white sand. Hydrangea and rose bushes color the landscape in warm months. Updated kitchen, 2 twin beds and a queen bed with comfortable furnishings make this a nice retreat.
You are within a short driving distance to the Cape Playhouse or the Melody Tent as well as art showrooms, nature preserves, and many activities for children as well.
Just a short drive down Shore drive there is Great Island Bakery which prepares wonderful take out and fresh bakery items each day. Monday they ae closed. If you continue along Shore Drive to the end and turn right, go across rte 28 and turn into the first strip center you will find a newly opened Italian restaurant with great choices. Now I saved the best forl last - Seafood - my personal favorite is Seafood Sams on rte 28 minutes from the cottage. You can go directly from the beach and enjoy some great fried clams, etc. and sit outside on picnic tables or inside the air conditioned rooms, but I take my food down to the beach and enjoy!. Cape Cod rentals are unique in that most cottages turnover on saturdays only. This means cleaning people have to get in and out on time. We enforce departure time and will assess a fee of $90 which will be taken out of your deposit. if you are late departing.

The back yard is relaxing and I provide many seating areas on side areas as well plus umbrellas for shade. Nice spots to read and have a latte in the morning.

This cottage is exceptional in many ways. It is immaculate and well maintained. The furniture is comfy, the kitchen has everything you need, the enclosed back patio is private, the window fans and overhead fans keep the rooms comfortable, and it is full of many lovely touches in the form of plantings/landscaping, decor, books and games, and more. It is less than a 5 minute walk to the beach. The owner is a delight to work with. The cottage itself is in a quiet area, but it is very close to plenty of shopping, restaurants, mini-golf, etc.and also centrally located on the Cape. My son and I had a marvelous time and hope to come back!
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children.

My boyfriend and I rented this cottage for the week. It was an overall great experience! I love that it is close to the beach, and within decent driving distance to mini golf, resteraunts, stop and shop, and cvs! I also had a very good experience with the owner, she was polite, and since I work a lot we were able to do pretty much all of our communication via e-mail which was very helpful!
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children.

It was a pleasure to stay at this cottage. It was clean and had everything you could need. The cottage was actually larger then it appeared in the photo. The yard (patio and side yard) was great to just hang out in. The owner was a pleasure to work with.

This cottage was neat, clean and included everything needed to have a great vacation. The kitchen was so well equipped ,you could cook a gourmet meal. We especially enjoyed the nice secluded patio and ate most meals out there. Being able to easily walk to the beach was really nice. We recommend anyone to stay here.
Recommended for:Age 55+, families with young children.

Our family had a wonderful visit here because everything was convenient, we could cook or bake or barbque and there was a shady table for our children to color or paint outside. We walked to the beach every day. We'll come agai.
