Shell Villa is a spacious 2012 sq ft 3 level townhome in a beautiful gated community on scenic Gulf Drive of Miramar Beach. Enjoy glimpses of the gulf and breezes from one of 4 covered porches. It is about 275 yards to your beach access, the emerald waters and sugar white beaches of the gulf. The first floor at ground level, with door front parking, and no steps, has a large open living, dining, and kitchen area with 10 foot ceilings.
A queen bedroom with private bath completes this step-free level. A second floor master bedroom has a king bed and jacuzzi tub and separate shower. Another guest room with twins and a private bath, and twin bunks in the hallway completes the second level. The 4th bedroom, on the 3rd floor, has a queen sofa bed that sleeps 2. Four TVs with DVDs offer entertainment for the entire family during off-beach hours.
Shell Villa is conveniently located within walking distance of restaurants and coffee shops or a 2 minute drive from the Silver Sands Outlet Mall, grocery stores, drug store and restaurants galore. There's something for everyone to do - great biking, golfing, water parks, and shopping in the Destin/Sandestin area.
