The property is located in a quiet and beautiful area. Quite a few residents in the neighborhood are local surfers, kitesurfers and windsurfers.

Less than two minutes walk is an amazing white sandy beach.

The owner who is also a surfer lives next door to the apartment gladly will help and give information pertaining to these sports in the area.

There are also surfing, windsurfing as well as kiting classes held here by local internationally known professionals where equipment can be rented or bought.
