Welcome to our beautiful island retreat. When you pull on to this private gated island you can feel your stresses melting away. This island is teeming with wildlife from thousands of birds to dolphins swimming and playing in your backyard. The island is also home to Loggerhead Turtles. Harbor Island boasts some of the most amazing sunsets in the world. You can sit and relax on one of your four decks and watch shrimp boats on the horizon. The views are breathtaking. Your time spent here will be some of your most cherished memories.
This beautifully decorated home is furnished with comfort in mind. This seven bedroom home lends plenty of room for spreading out during your stay, but also has a comfortable family room for spending time together.
The kitchen is fully equipped and all linens are provided. There are three DVD players and satellite TV for times you want to be indoors, but don't miss out on all the activities the island offers.
We have a refreshing Olympic size pool along with a childrens wading pool. There is a playground and a beach volleyball net as well as tennis and basketball courts. There is also a 100yd chipping green available for golf practice and a private exercise facility with Cybex equipment. We have picnic areas and do not forget to bring your crabbing gear. All of that and even before you get to the 3 mile private beach where seashells and sanddollars are plentiful.
We hope you enjoy our home as much as we do and know you will want to come back year after year.
Since we haven't been able to spend as much time as we would like to at the house we are seeking partners on this house. We are selling 1/13 interest in the home for $150,000. With 10% down we will finance the balance for you.

Why the Owner Chose Harbor Island
When we visited Harbor Island we fell in love. We decided to purchase our second home there. We enjoy the laid back atmosphere and found that Harbor Island is just what we needed to break away from the stresses of everyday life. Our family enjoys bike riding, fishing, swimming, and being together. Our friends and family have a wonderful time reconnecting at the house. We have room for a crew! We love having crab boils and cooking out watching the sunsets!
