We invite you to visit our new home built in 2007. The views are amazing: Rocky Mountain National Park, Byers Peak and range vistas for miles. Sit on the porches and breathe the clean mountain air. There are lots of fun things to do here in the summer: Golf the Headwaters Course starting in May, as well as other mountain courses within a 15 mile radius. Reserve your own private stretch of the famous gold medal Fraser River and fish for fiesty trout. Get out there and hike the many trails of Rocky Mountain Nat'l Park. Rent a boat and spend a lazy day on Grand Lake or Lake Granby. There is vast area for mountain biking in the summer with extensive trail systems. Rewind in your own private hot tub while looking at the Colorado stars & night sky. Play outside all day or take a break for lunch and relax. There are two full size leather sofas, recliner & ottoman. Snuggle up, turn on the gas fireplace and enjoy our big LCD TV. Bring the laptop if you choose. Cook gourmet meals in the fully stocked kitchen, loaded with lots of appliances & amenities. The private master suite with king is on the second floor. The other two bedrooms are located downstairs, along with a full tub & shower bath. The first guest room has a queen bed with extra-long twin bunk. The third bedroom has a daybed with twins, chaise lounge and features sliding doors to the covered patio/hot tub area. There is an aerobed sofa sleeper in the great room as well. Cozy linens, pillows, duvets & blankets are all supplied. Granby Ranch has everything. Solvista Ski Resort is a great place for families and friends. For more experienced skiers/boarders, there are plenty of intermediate and advanced runs. Winter Park and more challenges are just 15 minutes away. It's not too early to book for the winter 2009 season. We are located right in the SilverCreek/Solvista Ski Resort. Let the kids go out on their own. All runs converge together at the base of the mountains. This home is less than a quarter mile to the parking area/lifts. The area is host to lots of outside fun. The towns of Granby & Winter Park are nearby with quaint shops and restaurants. Beautiful Grand Lake and Lake Granby are a few minutes north. Be sure to visit Rocky Mountain National Park, less than 20 minutes away. A large Safeway grocery store is convenient for supplies. This is truly a vacation paradise. Come enjoy it!
