This condo truly is above average, what a great place. Beautiful view, kitchen was wonderfully stocked , and the condo was perfect for my elderly parents. They really enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the waves roll in. The Higdon's were great to work with, hopefully we will be back next year.
Recommended for:Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

This was our second time to rent this unit (summer 08 & 09)from the Higdon's. Everthing was great! The view of beach is beautiful. I would highly recommend renting from them and I definitely will for our next visit to the beach.

My family and I stayed at The Lighthouse Unit #1018. The condo was decorated very nicely and the view was fantastic. We stayed for a week and the trip was great. I would recommend The Lighthouse #1018 for a wonderful stay!

This was our 2nd stay on properties owned by the Higdons. We have been very pleased on both occassions and will stay with them again this fall. Their property is a cut above all of the other properties we have stayed in at Gulf Shores. A Lot of extra thought has gone into the way they decorate, Etc.

This was our first stay at Gulf Shores, we normally go to St. Pete,fl. but we were not disapointed we had a great time and we loved the condo. it had plenty of space for our family of 5. we used the workout room and game every day plus the pool and beach were very nice. the location was also nice everything is very close. i would highly recommend.

Second consecutive January in Crystal Shores (09); This unit also has exterior storage area which is both convenient and practical for beach sand storage ; along with all the things that brought it in. Broadband connection and other amenities exceeded expectations. Would return if events allow.
