Enjoy the beautiful beaches and the town of Old Grayton Beach. This charming beach house was featured in Cottage Living Magazine during the summer of 2006. It has four wonderful bedrooms--just perfect for two families. The main level features two master bedrooms with queen size beds and private baths.

A large kitchen and dining room open to the screened in porch with a big brick fireplace. Watch the children swim and play in the private pool while cooking or just relaxing on the screened porch. The main level also features a living room that opens to a wide front porch. You can watch the people go by as you swing on the front porch swing.

The second level features a kids den with a large TV, VCR and DVD player, a wonderful bunk room with private bath and a fourth bedroom with twin beds and a private bath. A perfect place for the kids to "hang out" after a long day at the beach!!

The house is located on the main street in Grayton and is just a short stroll to the beautiful beaches of South Walton. There is so much to do in this tiny town that you never need to get in your car. Great restaurants, shops, trails and more are ALL in the Town of Old Grayton Beach! Parking for three cars and lots of BIKES!!!

  • This is a beautiful home, great for a family who wants to be close to the beach, but not in the crowds. The pool is partially shaded and heated, and the lanai with fireplace provides a great area to relax in. The home fits in very well to old town charm of Grayton and the beach is a short walk down the street. We look very forward to going back in the future.

  • This house is just precious! I love upscale decor and the porches are so relaxing. Tell your friends that you are staying in the house with the gas laterns that was featured in Cottage Living and you will probably hear comments like, "That's my favorite house in Grayton!". Our family stayed here last year and we couldn't ask for a more perfect house.
