A large kitchen and dining room open to the screened in porch with a big brick fireplace. Watch the children swim and play in the private pool while cooking or just relaxing on the screened porch. The main level also features a living room that opens to a wide front porch. You can watch the people go by as you swing on the front porch swing.
The second level features a kids den with a large TV, VCR and DVD player, a wonderful bunk room with private bath and a fourth bedroom with twin beds and a private bath. A perfect place for the kids to "hang out" after a long day at the beach!!
The house is located on the main street in Grayton and is just a short stroll to the beautiful beaches of South Walton. There is so much to do in this tiny town that you never need to get in your car. Great restaurants, shops, trails and more are ALL in the Town of Old Grayton Beach! Parking for three cars and lots of BIKES!!! |
