Enjoy the beautiful beaches and the town of Old Grayton Beach. This charming beach house was featured in COTTAGE LIVING in the Summer of 2006, SOUTHERN LIVING in the Summer of 2009 and COASTAL LIVING favorite houses edition. It has four wonderful bedrooms--just perfect for two families. The main level features two master bedrooms with queen size beds and private baths.
A large kitchen and dining room open to the screened in porch with a big brick fireplace. Watch the children swim and play in the private pool while cooking or just relaxing on the porch. The main level also features a living room that opens to a wide front porch. A favorite spot for some "front porch sittin"!
The second level features a kids den with a large TV, VCR, DVD player and an XBOX. There is a wonderful bunk room with private bath and a fourth bedroom with twin beds and a private bath. A perfect place for the kids to "hang out" after a long day at the beach!!
The house is located on the main street in Grayton and is just a short stroll to the beautiful beaches of South Walton. The house also comes with the use of 2 sea kayaks, pool toys and much more! There is so much to do in this tiny town that you never need to get in your car. Great restaurants, shops, trails and more are ALL in the Town of Old Grayton Beach! Parking for three cars and lots of BIKES!!!

Our extended family of 10 just got home Sunday from a week long stay in GB. Paige's home was beyond our expectations. This was our third year in a row and the first time to stay in Lee Cottage. It won't be the last. Close walk to the beach, easy access to all the amenities and a fabulous pool in the back yard. Love Love Love this beach house.

Thank you to the Lee family for letting us stay at your awesome cottage. The decor was gorgeous (we all left wishing our own homes were as pretty) and the location was ideal! We most enjoyed riding bikes to the beach. The porches, pool, everything - perfect! We WILL be back.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

Paige, your house is beyond fabulous!!! My mom, sister & I so enjoyed staying here for a long weekend. What a wonderful "girl's weekend". It's the perfect house; elegant, charming and peaceful. We look forward to coming back next year!

This is a beautiful home, great for a family who wants to be close to the beach, but not in the crowds. The pool is partially shaded and heated, and the lanai with fireplace provides a great area to relax in. The home fits in very well to old town charm of Grayton and the beach is a short walk down the street. We look very forward to going back in the future.

This house is just precious! I love upscale decor and the porches are so relaxing. Tell your friends that you are staying in the house with the gas laterns that was featured in Cottage Living and you will probably hear comments like, "That's my favorite house in Grayton!". Our family stayed here last year and we couldn't ask for a more perfect house.
