Our spacious 1350 sq ft condo was remodeled with new paint, new carpeting, wood flooring and spectacular furniture!!! It is kept CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN! Perfect for family vacations.
It is literally yards away from the bay and a only a short (45 seconds)walk to the beach!
This beautiful 2 story condo (3 stories if you count the attached private 2 car garage) offers 2 huge bedroom suites with large walk-in closets, 1 adorable upstairs loft with a daybed/trundle, and 2 full bathrooms.
Our kitchen has beautiful granite countertops and is complete with appliances, pots, pans, coffee maker, dishes, etc., to make yourselves feel right at home. Landry room is right next to the kitchen with a washer & dryer -- detergent & softeners included!Gas grill is on the private patio deck for your outdoor enjoyment. If you forgot anything, don't worry! The Mission Beach Market is right around the corner for any of your grocery needs!
High ceilings with lots of sun windows gives this condo a very well-lit, open and airy vacation setting with plenty of room for up to 6 people! Enjoy your morning coffee on the upper private deck patio furniture and take in the early morning sun & ocean air!
Our condo is nearby to everything the beach has to offer! Not only is the bay & ocean practically in your own back yard, you will also be 4 short blocks from the historical Belmont Park for beachfront amusement! Plenty of restaurants, stores, pubs, and rental shops for bikes, surf boards, kayaks, sailing, water skies, jet skies, fishing and more are all within walking distance!! Use our beach towels, beach mats, beach toys, boogie board, and wagon to enjoy your time in the sand! It’s the perfect family beach get-away all year round!

Lots of room in this condo for 6 people. Very well kept and very clean. Ideal location because we like to go to the beach and the bay. This place is so close to both. We really appreciated the pizza place and taco place around the corner. The kids enjoyed Belmont Park. Everything is so close by we didn't use our car. The owner was very friendly and very hospitable. Very nice place to vacation. Will return again.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

This condo was one of the best places I have ever rented in Mission Beach, and I have rented in Mission Beach for the last 6 years.The place was SPOTLESS! We had lots of room for all 5 of us. Love the decorations, furniture and the design of the condo. Being so close to the beach and the bay was a plus. It was convenient having the market a few doors down too. Everything I needed in the kitchen was there, and there were plenty of beach toys & chairs for the kids. Found out that there are several families that come back to this condo yearly. I understand why. Highly recommended.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

As a repeat vacationer to San Diego, we have chosen this condo to be the one we will return to each year. It has lots of room for all of us. Very open and airy and impeccabily clean! Especially love the location because we were walking distance to all the attractions, eating places and shops. Nice having the enclosed 2 car garage. Appreciated the decor of the condo too and all the extra ammenities that were provided. Having WiFi made it nice to check emails. Kids loved being right at the foot of the bay and played with all the beach toys and wagon provided. Was nice to be able to walk down the block to the ocean too. We BBQ'd almost every night on the patio deck! Awesome! Highly recommend this condo for a family get-a-way. Already made plans to come again!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

I purposely selected this condo because of the spacious rooms and bright & open layout. Also the location is a preferred spot where immediate access to the bay & beach are available to my vacationers. A short stroll away brings you to Belmont Park too!

This condo was remodeled and furnished with all the comforts for families to enjoy. The bay is especially enjoyable as it provides a wonderful place to kayak (rental locations just a couple blocks away!). When folks want to catch some waves of the ocean, a quick stroll across the street (45 seconds walk) takes you to the beach. Walk along the ocean walkway and you'll find yourself at Belmont Park for food, rides, and window shopping. You don't even need a car. Everything is walking distance! Supplied beach toys, chairs, boogie board and beach wagon make enjoying the sand and water so convenient. So relaxing!!!
