This ocean front, private home is the perfect place to make wonderful, new memories at the beach with your family! Relax in this 4 bedroom, 3 bath home with a huge deck, perfect for entertaining and relaxing. This home is very spacious and large enough for 2 families.
Upstairs has a King Master, 5 twins in the second bedroom and a queen size bed in the third bedroom. There is also 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen, eating area and living room.
Downstairs is separate and private from upstairs. There is one bedroom downstairs with a King bed and 1 additional bath. There is also an additional living room downstairs, with a Murphy bed that can be turned into a fifth bed room. Downstairs is also equipped with a Kitchen area that has a full refrigerator, dishwasher and eat-in table.
The house is fully furnished with all the modern conveniences. These include 2 televisions upstairs, 2 televisions downstairs, DVD players, CD/Stereo and Surround Sound. The house is very kid friendly too!
This is our second home. We rent it only when we are not enjoying it ourselves. It is very well cared for and will meet all your expectations of beach side living!

My family and I have rented this house on two separate occasions. It is located on a quiet street with the beach right out the front door!. You will not find a better house for the money! We plan on renting this again in the future!

I wanted to take the time to let you know how appreciative my family and I are that you shared your vacation home with us. We have definitely created some special vacation memories that will be ever lasting. Your home was more than we ever expected. All the comforts of home are definitely within your home. Not only did we have privacy, we had a safe beach without cars; which is a life saver when you have little ones to watch; and my teenagers enjoyed being close enough to the pier to visit with their friends, then return to the beach house for dinners and kite flying. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your special beach house treasure, wishing you all the best, and we hope to be able to use your beach house again real soon.

My large family of eight enjoyed this warm, delightful and very comfortable home, Everything within this home shows tender loving care, and ensures you will have everything you need to enjoy your family vacation. This home is at the end of the beach, and does not allow driving on the beach in this section which is such a relief with small children. I highly recommend this home, and cant wait to return again soon. Thank you for sharing your treasure.

This place was wonderful, Very, very clean, up to date, comfortable. Plenty of room for out group of 8. It has its own walk-over to the beach. The deck is perfect for sitting and looking at beach/ocean. Close enough to activities- Flagler Ave, Daytona- but far enough to be away from lots of people. I would go back here in a minute. Thank you!!
