I rented this house to take some customers striper fishing for 2 days. The house was exactly what we needed! The house if modern, comfortable and clean. The beds are comfortable, the towels and sheets are plentiful and the kitchen is well stocked with the items you need; you just bring the food. The upper level deck has 2 gas grills, and we enjoyed eating on the deck, which gives a great view of the water. Bathrooms are very nice, and the game rooms are a nice addition. I would recommend this property to friends and relatives, and I plan to rent again in the future.

I rented this house for 2 days of striper fishing with a local charter boat, and this was exactly what we needed. The house is modern, comfortable and very clean. The kitchen comes with all the items you need; you simply bring the food! We loved eating out on the upper deck, and enjoying the view of the water. Beds are comfortable, sheets and towels are plentiful, and the bathrooms are great. I will definitely rent this property again, and would recommend it to anyone wanting a nice place to stay in Reedville.

We were 3 families who stayed in Pat's place over New Year. Although it was off season, the weather was great and the property was brilliant. I've never stayed in a rental so well equipped - we were able to cook with ease. The children were so happy in the pedalo, the hot tub and playing pool and the grown ups were able to relax in the peaceful neighborhood. I'd highly recommend this property.

A group of my friends and I stayed here for a wedding weekend, and all agree that we'd stay here again in a heartbeat. The house had everything we needed, and more. The kitchen made it easy to cook meals for the whole group, and there was plenty of room for all of us to eat at the table either inside or out! This was definitely an above-average vacation rental. Thanks for a great stay!

I cannot even begin to express how pleased my family and I were with this wonderful house and our experience with Pat. Never, in my many years of travel, have I encountered such hospitality, availability, or professionalism. The house was just the way it was classified with many "extras". We were coming 5 hours away and had no idea what we were getting into besides the Home ad and Pat's word. Not one time did we feel we were being taken advantage of, used, or scammed; but the TOTAL opposite! When we arrived, the home was unlocked, cleaned, and ready for us to use and explore. The home had paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning supplies and other items that made our 1st night very helpful with 7 little ones. Any question that I had was answered promptly by Pat and he called and even came over to make sure everything was ok. The neighborhood is so quiet and relaxing. Being from the big city, we are so used to noise, loud music, children and the like, but it was so quiet here, we didn't even hear the crickets. It was such a relaxing place! We even caught a few crabs off the dock and everyone LOVED the jacuzzi; I mean EVERYONE! There is TONS of space for the kids to play, bikes to ride, a paddle boat and canoe you can take out on the water, and a lovely ham-mac my husband took a nice nap on under the huge deck!!! The inside of the house had some lovely features that the guys in our family enjoyed such as the DVD, pool table, ping pong, and the BOSE sound system; it was like they landed in a gold-mine :-) The other ladies and myself enjoyed the 2 refrigerators, tons of counter space, and excellent dishwasher. The kitchen had so many gadgets that we found our selves in awe at the many different types of utensils, cooking tools, and nice pots and pans available for our use. It made cooking and cleaning a breeze and a pleasant experience for us. We most surely plan on returning next year at Pat's other home in Reedville; but this one is a gem!! No exaggerating there; its awesome! I would recommend this house or any house that Pat Boone is renting out! He is an honest and helpful person to deal with and we would love to do business with him again!

We rented this property for a family retreat while attending a family wedding in Reedville. The accomodations were execellent. This house offers so much, well eqipped kitchen and many amenities to enjoy. The owner was more than helpful and Reedville was delightful. We highly recommend this property and would love to come back.

The owner could not provide a better experience. The house was well-stocked with everything that an extended family of 13 (including 3 small children) could need. The property is well maintained, and idyllic, with a wide sweeping front yard, an a trellis with a rose garden that leads down to the back deck, hot tub and river. We had a great time diving off the dock and swimming! We brought kayaks and had daily trips launching from the property onto the Little Wicomico . Paddling out to the Great Wicomico at night and seeing millions of stars overhead was a truly amazing experience. Don't miss the Tangier Island cruise, the crabcakes and crab dip on the island are unlike any that you've ever had! You must visit Fisherman's Corner restaurant while there. The Fisherman's museum in Reedville is nice, and the houses on Millionaire's Row are impressive. The Crazy Crab and Cockrell's Creek restaurant also provide breathtaking waterviews in a laid-back atmosphere. This property is a steal. The owner is a friendly professional who offered to take us out on his boat a few times, unfortunately, we couldn't get everyone together at the same time. Rent this house for your reunion, or just as a laid-back getaway. You'll leave with peace-of-mind and memories to cherish forever!

Pat: Thanks again for your hospitality and the use of your beautiful home while we attended our family reunion with our American cousins. The house was perfect for our group; lots of space to be together or to get off on your own and everything we needed for cooking, boating, etc. was right at hand. We all agreed it's the perfect "retreat". The Canuks Ontario, Canada

"Retreat" describes this home very acurately! Quiet and very relaxing, but plenty to do inside and out. I've rented many vacation properties, but when the owner said he provided everything, he meant it. The boat ride was a wonderful way to see the "big" water and was very safe while feeding that need for speed. Would enjoy staying here again. Great for families and friends to get together with plenty of space. 8/31/8

Go and stay and you won't be dissappointed. Everything you need is right here. So much to do at the house on a rain-day, or any-time. Kids NEVER got bored-fishing was good and it was so nice not to have to drive and put the boat in and out. Am planning on going back next year already. One word of advice though- GET YOU FISHING LICENSE BEFORE YOU START FISHING- wife and I took 4 year old for a ride the first day we put boat in water and ended up with lines in the water- cost us each $145.00. Pat had told us before that we could get a boat license for $38.00 but we were too stupid to go and do it. This allows anyone on the boat to fish. GO GET THE LICENSE before you start fishing. Ride on Pat's boat was AWESOME. Pat is a very nice man that was always happy to answer any questions- both before we came down and while we were there. GO AND ENJOY, Craig and Sherri

Wonderful atmosphere, relaxing accomodations, quiet neighborhood, outstanding surroundings and that doesn't even come close to describing the owner. What a great, accomodating and fun-loving guy Pat was and he and his friends only added to our vacation time at his home. If you just want to spend time he will leave you to explore and do your own thing but the 6 adults, 5 teenagers, and 2 younger children we had on vacation, couldn't help but ask this great guy to join us for dinner, drinks and of course the rides/fishing on his boat. We had two fishing trips in the early evenings and the "captain" hit the gold mine. We max'd out with fish on both trips. The kids and adults played pool, ping pong, rigged traps for crabs and the only thing that kept us from swimming at the beach behind the home was a small invasion of jellyfish that hung around the dock most of the week. The home was very accomdating for the 13 in our group and the upper deck and large kitchen/dining area allowed for the buffet meals we cooked most every night (including the fish we caught). The lower deck and hot tub provided great atmosphere for watching the volleyball and corn-hole games we brought. The back yard down to the boat dock and decks was huge. Somehow, we managed to fit in day trips to Virginia Beach (about 2.25 hours away) and to Colonial Jamestown, Yorktown, and Williamsburg (about 1.25 hours away). With 13 in our party, we didn't eat out much but there are several dining establishments including great seafood places within a short drive. If you are looking for a place that will accomodate a large group with all the amenities of home and the space you want to spread out, you can't beat Pat's place. A word of advice though, it you are out on the boat and the captain yells "yipee", better hold on to your hats, glasses and to one of the rails because this boat will flat out fly!! If you read this and decide to stay, tell Pat, Cynthia, Mark and Kevin that the bunch from Ohio including Paul, Karen, Tom, Dar, Carla and Larry (and all the kids) will never forget our great stay and the friendships we formed with all. Be sure to ask Pat & Cynthia to tell you the story about the "Jello shots" indoctrination they received from us - they won't be able to tell you without breaking out into a huge smile! Thanks again to all and we look forward to seeing you again soon!! Paul
