Beautiful 2 bedroom condo in the popular Eastern Lake area of Seagrove Beach just south of 30-A. This fully-equipped first floor condo is pet-friendy and just 100 yards from the beach with no roads to cross.

Discounts Nov. 19 - Nov. 30 - only $100/night (with 3 night minimum) or $650/week.

Flat-screen TV in living room with DVD player and cable. WiFi internet access and iPod docking station in the unit.

Two pools (one just steps from your door) and lighted tennis courts on-site. Pool decks and tennis courts both recently resurfaced.

Master bedroom with king bed has an adjoining private bath, while the guest room has 2 full beds and a private bath. Cable TV in the master bedroom.

Additional sleeping space on the queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. Washer/dryer in the hall closet.

Child and senior friendly with no steps to climb.

Private patio off living area is perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. Nice grassy lawn right off the patio for the kids to play when you're not at the beach or the pool.

Parking for two cars.

Walk, drive or bike approximately 3 miles to downtown Seaside. Bike trails, hiking, shopping and great restaurants nearby.

Pets allowed with prior approval. $200 refundable pet deposit. $25 reservation fee.

  • My family and I stayed at this condo in Sea Grove for several nights and had a wondeful time. It's so convenient. We loved walking, not only to the beach, but around the condo community and into the neighborhood. The condo was very clean and comfortable. My kids already call the first bedroom "theirs". Thanks and enjoy!
