This fully-equipped first floor condo is just 100 yards from the beach with no roads to cross. Your beach puppy is welcome, too!
No cleaning fee with 3 night minimum stay.
Flat-screen TV in living room with DVD player and cable. WiFi internet access and iPod docking station in the unit.
Two pools (one just steps from your door) and lighted tennis courts on-site.
Master bedroom with king bed has an adjoining private bath, while the guest room has 2 full beds and a private bath. Cable TV in the master bedroom.
Additional sleeping space on the queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. Washer/dryer in the hall closet.
Child and senior friendly with no steps to climb.
Private patio off living area is perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. Nice grassy lawn right off the patio for the kids to play when not at the beach or the pool.
Bike trails, hiking, shopping and great restaurants nearby. Walk, drive or bike approximately 3 miles to downtown Seaside.
11.5% Florida State Tax in addition to rental cost.
Dogs are allowed with prior approval. $200 pet deposit with $100 of that refundable. $25 reservation fee.

We had a great stay in this super condo. I love that the condo itself is pet-friendly, as is the Beachside Villas community. There are plenty of grassy areas for your dog with bags and trash cans. The condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The beach was a short walk away and there was plenty to do locally: miles of bike paths, great restaurants, Seaside was fun to visit. I loved going in the spring, just before the summer crowds came -- perfect temperature and perfect amount of people on the beach, in the restaurants and on the roads.
Recommended for:Pet owners.

This home away from home was ideal for our stay. This lovely decorated unit was so pleasant. Being on the first floor with the back yard having a nice view of the Sand Dunes with no other buildings directly behind was very nice. It's right next the the 2nd pool which is the quiter pool. We virtually had the pool all to ourselves. I've stayed in Seagrove numerous years and this condo is one of the best values we've seen. It's a very short walk to the beach (2 to 3 minutes). You share the same beach location with the Sugar Dunes propery which is right on the beach and much more expensive. Everything was in good working order including the Air conditioning which was nice after a few hours out shopping in the area. Good strong water pressure on the showers which isn't always the case in some units. Truly a well maintained condo. Also nice to have a King size bed in the master. The flat screen TV was a good touch. Relaxing watching movies after a day at the beach is something our family enjoyed together. Enjoy this lovely condo, we sure did.

This condo is charming, clean, and a great find! An added bonus is the ground-floor patio and the green space right in front of the patio, next to the pool. It is a quick walk to the beach with no busy street to cross. The beach is beautiful, perfectly white sand and clear blue water. You are only three miles from Seaside and Grayton, which offer great places to dine and shop. I would recommmend this to my friends and family.

My family and I stayed at this condo in Sea Grove for several nights and had a wondeful time. It's so convenient. We loved walking, not only to the beach, but around the condo community and into the neighborhood. The condo was very clean and comfortable. My kids already call the first bedroom "theirs". Thanks and enjoy!
