The sunsets from our 10th floor balcony will take your breath away!! Be soothed by the sound of the waves. Watch a family of dolphins play just offshore. Take a stroll in the sugar white sand. Swim in the longest pool you've ever seen.

Designed with families in mind, this condo has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a separate bunk room, and a full size laundry room with extra capacity Whirlpool washer and dryer and an extra storage pantry. The dining table comfortably seats six, and the bar seats three more. The spacious kitchen is fully appointed with everything you need - Whirlpool appliances include dishwasher, range, refrigerator with ice and water in the door, and microwave. You'll also find can opener, toaster, blender, and coffee maker. There's even a wet bar across from the kitchen. Enjoy beautiful, unobstructed views of the gulf while you cook breakfast.

The family room features a queen sleeper sofa, armoire style entertainment center, flat screen TV, DVD/VCR player, and stereo system. Floor to ceiling windows also contain a sliding door so you can walk from the family room onto the balcony to enjoy the comfy patio furniture and the gulf breezes.

Master suite features a king bed, armoire with TV and DVD player, a walk-in closet, and a large private bathroom. The master bedroom also has floor to ceiling windows with a sliding door opening onto the balcony. The second bedroom contains a queen bed, armoire with TV and DVD player, large closet, and an access door into the large hall bathroom. From the window in this bedroom there are great views of Pier Park and the entire area as far away as West Bay! The bunk room features a twin on top and a full on bottom, comfortably sleeping three people. This private room also has a combination TV/DVD and a chest of drawers.

Beds feature the most comfortable Serta pillow-top mattresses and fluffy comforters. The bath towels are plush and thick. Both bathrooms also have hair dryers for your convenience. This unit features Tommy Bahama and Lexington furniture throughout. The style is upscale and tropical with vibrant natural colors and florals.

This property is just across the street from Pier Park, which features numerous restaurants, shops, and movie theatre. Calypso is the place to be at Panama City Beach, and this condo is as good as it gets!!!

  • We stayed during August and greatly enjoyed the condo!! It was beautiful and had a great view of the ocean and beach. The condo had everything we needed and more! The Calypso is located close to Pier Park so we only had to walk there. We will definitely stay there again.

  • Wow, what a place! My family of 6 loved it. It is so clean and updated. The view is awesome. We new of about 20 other families that were staying at Panama Beach and I personally feel the Calypso was the best. It is in a perfect location. We usually can not wait until we get back to our own beds but the large king size bed in the master bedroom was so comfortable. Thank-you Cara for letting us stay at your place and you are truly a wonderful person to deal with. We will most definetly come back :)

  • We enjoyed a two month stay in this very comfortable and well appointed unit. The resort's location is one of the best in Panama City Beach and the 10th foor is optimum, high enough but not too high. Pier Park is across the street and the new pier is right out front. We had the pleasure of meeting Cara and Paul and it was comforting to know that they really cared that your stay was a positive experience. We have no hesitation in recommending this unit to others.   • The condo, its location, and its scenery were part of THE best experiences I had ever had. It was exactly like the pictures show. It was well built and absolutly well maintained. The owners came around and checked on us, and the guys and I absolutly LOVE Gale & Mike!! I plan on coming back and checking in in the near feature.

  • Thank you so much for the opportunity to stay in your wonderful condo. We were there the last week in December including New Year's Day and the celebrations were awesome. The fireworks were on the beach and we had a great view from the balcony. The unit is beautiful and exceptionally well equipped. We would highly recommend this unit as a great place to stay and thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. It is very convenient to the new Pier Park as well as other restaurants and attractions. Again, thank you for giving us the opportunity to experience staying in your unit. We look forward to contacting you again to reserve this unit in the future.

  • This condo is absolutely beautiful! The view is amazing! We are a family of 6 and we had plenty of room. We had such a great time and Cara was so easy to work with. The Calypso resort itself is very family oriented. You have to eat at Scampy's if you want great seafood! Whatever you do...don't eat at Bishop's Family Buffett. It's not worth the money...unless you like frozen seafood and limp crablegs! Thank you Cara for opening up your home to us...see ya next year.

  • We had a great time. The weather was perfect. The beds were of heavenly comfort. Everything was just as advertised. Our view could not have been better. The tenth floor is just right. There was no "party atmosphere" here and it was clearly geared toward families. The walk to Pier Park was easy and safe-even for our 15 year old girls. Also, the location is great for a short drive to Destin (and the outlet malls)in case of rainy weather. Sharky's, Reggae J's, and Margaritaville were great places to eat. Bishops was good but not worth the cost especially if you are not a lover of crab legs. We also found that checking around on parasail rates paid off. We saved $70 dollars by going further west down the beach. We would highly recommend giving the Catrett's a call for your next vacation rental at Panama City Beach. They mailed all the information to us before the trip so we did not have to do anything but walk in the door upon arrival. There was no hassle of checking in or out. They definitely made everything very easy.
