'La Terrasse" is a beautiful newly renovated 13th century house furnished in traditional provincial style while providing modern facilities.The house is set in the heart of wine growing region in the south of France. La Terrasse is situated in the centre of market town Lezignan (population of 8000) in the Corbierres region of Languedoc.

The house is well positioned close to Mediterranean beaches (30 minutes) and mountains (60 minutes). Here you can enjoy the sunshine and local wines on the large south facing roof top terrace. The local wine co-op is the largest and oldest in the region. Pick up a croissant at the bakery less than 20 metres from your front door or pop around the corner to the bar for a great café ¬atte.

Day trips and activities are unlimited. Just a few examples include a trip to historical walled city of Carcasonne (half-hour drive), another day travel to the beautiful artistic Montpellier, catch a game at rugby crazy Beziers or spend a day touring the surrounding vineyards. Every Wednesday, Lezignan hosts an expansive local market in the main street (100m from your front door) where you can pick up local delicacies to enjoy. Every day of your holiday is culinary experience with a large array of yummy restaurants within easy walking distance.
