Enjoy the ocean air, the glistening canals with small boats, pedestrian bridges, ducks and exotic birds. Spacious and beautifully decorated, this newly-renovated home features maple floors, limestone kitchen and bath floors, granite kitchen counters, living room fireplace, a roof-top sun-deck with small spa, high ceilings and clerestory lighting throughout. The 4 bedroom, 4 bath house features a master suite with a wraparound terrace and a bath with a double soaking tub and huge steam room/shower. Also includes a small Nanny/Maid's Room. On the canal side, the house has a deck and a small private front yard. It has parking for three cars on the alley side: two garage stalls and one outdoor, partially-covered parking spot. Includes Weeks of Thanksgiving/Christmas/New Year/Easter through Spring Break/

Weekly cleaning/laundry service; add for extra cleaning/linens.

Deposit is higher with children & pets; only pets under 25 lbs.
