With over 4000 square feet of living space, 400 feet of waterfront, a sandy beach and a view of Lake Muskoka that you will long remember after your holiday is over, this magnificent year-round stucco cottage has room for the largest of families.
The lake front has a 60 foot dock, clean shallow sandy bottom water with a gently slope. With a stucco exterior and three levels of roomy living, including a separate self-contained apartment, you can choose to join the group or slip away to your own quiet and private corner.
Beautifully landscaped grounds and gardens surround this building, located just five minutes by main road to shopping or a night of summer theater in Gravenhurst. In the winter the snowmobile trails are right at your doorstep. This is more than a retreat. Right on the edge of Lake Muskoka there is room to enjoy your vacation, winter or summer and comfortably sleep a family of 13.
On the lower level, there also the entrance is, you can relax in the living room, featuring a fireplace and TV. There is one large bedroom (queen-sized bed) with a nice view and a three piece bathroom. This bedroom has its own entrance to the garden. On the same level is the laundry room with washer and dryer.
The magnificent main floor living area features a huge living room with sliding glass doors to a spacious almost 1000 sq. ft. deck that stretches along the front of the building with an unobstructed view of the lake. The deck includes furniture for relaxing and a propane barbecue for the chef. You can also enter this deck from the dining room area. The living room has cathedral ceilings, a TV, couches to relax and a breakfast table seats 6. On this level is also the dining room. A fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and two spacious bedrooms, both with twin beds, and large four piece bathroom with separate Jacuzzi tub and shower completes the main level living area.
The upper level (third floor) overlooks the main floor living room area. One of the bedrooms has a fine stucco finish, a nice hardwood floor and features sliding glass doors to its own private balcony and view of the garden. This bedroom has a queen-sized bed. The second bedroom is nice finished with wood on walls and ceiling featuring twin beds. The three piece bathroom on the upper level includes tub with shower.
A self-contained apartment is attached to the cottage (or in-law / Nanny Suite) on the lower level. It has a bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a smaller bedroom with a single bed. It has its own entrance plus sliding patio doors to the gardens. There is a living room including a breakfast area, a TV, Muskoka room (screened in room), kitchen and three piece bathroom.
