Site #1564 is located in the Ocean Lakes Campground and consists of a 38-ft trailer and an addition built on the side. Addition was added in 2006 and was redecorated in 2010.
The trailer side consists of dining room (6 chair table), kitchen, bedroom (queen bed), very small (full) camper bath and a walk thru bunk room (twin bunk beds). The addition side includes the master bedroom (queen bed), full bath with stand up shower (no tub) and the livingroom. Has a wonderful porch with a built in bar and seat and a four person table and also has an enclosed outside shower with hot and cold water. Kitchen is fully equipped and a charcoal grill is provided for great outdoor cooking and relaxing. Linens and towels are not provided. You will need linens for 2 queen, 1 full, 2 twins beds.
Ocean Lakes is a gated community, with 24 hour security and life guards patrolling the 1 mile long beach. The ten mile an hour speed limit makes this a wonderful place for children. Many activities that you will find throughout this grand place will make your stay exceptional.
No one under the age of 25 may rent this property and renter must occupy property the entire rental period.
This house is pet friendly to pets 20 pounds and under and they must be house trained (2 pet max).
Must be 21 or older to drive the Golf Cart.
