Six kyaks and one paddle boat round out this great lakefront opportunity (you must supply your own life preservers). This is truly a three season location with great fall foliage, hiking, tubing, as well as cross country and downhill skiing. So don't forget columbus day weekend(fall foliage), Xmass and MLK vaca weeks for winter fun at gunstock, loon, waterville, bretton woods, etc (FALL WINTER SPR EXTENDED STAY SPECIAL)
Classy, redecorated contemporary with lots of glass on southside with sliders onto new deck featuring "hot springs" hot tub, built-in "fire king" turbo gas grill, new "telescope" patio set, two fiberglass picnic tables, and great views of the lake. Finished basement doubles as an adolescent bedroom and rec room with regulation-size pool table, 32 inch TV, stereo,etc. You can really be separate from the adolescents and the noise. We provide a high speed internet connection/modum - you'll need to bring your own ethernet cable. Yoiu'll need a calling card for longdistance calls.
