The spacious family room, which overlooks the pool area, has comfortable sofas and a love seat, with an entertainment center with a wide-screen cable TV and DVD player for your entertainment while staying at the home. This living space has a ceiling fan to move the cool, air conditioned atmosphere, and is completed with a well equipped kitchen complete with a breakfast nook, over-looking the pool, for those relaxed vacation mornings.
Step outside onto the patio that surrounds a sparkling, optionally gas heated private screened pool and raised bubbling spa that cascades in to the main pool, where you and your family can splash around, laze out in the warm Florida sunshine. The sun-drenched patio is the perfect spot to relax on the comfortable cushioned loungers or to eat ‘alfresco’. The pool is provided with a removable safety fence for extra added protection for young infants should you need it, and all doors leading on to the deck area have been provided with additional safety locks and switchable alarms.
Sleeping accommodations include a master bedroom suite with a king-size bed, dressers, night-stands with lamps, telephone, radio/alarm, cable TV, DVD player, walk-in closets, and a spacious en-suite bathroom with walk in shower and direct access to the pool. The second master bedroom enjoys similar features, with a queen-size double bed, and also enjoys a private bathroom suite.
There are 2 further bedrooms, each ideal for children, with 2 twin beds, night-stands, dressers, and closet space, with a nearby shared family bathroom.
