We purchase our unit at the Pelican Condo because it was on the gorgeous beach and the view is spectacular in the morning or late afternoon. There are two large pools and a great shuffleboard court for the young at heart. Enjoy your mornings strolling down the beaches.

My husband and I grew up in Florida. We love the east coast beaches with their white sands. Our children vacationed at their grandparents condo at the Pelican condo in New Smyrna Beach, Florida. Now as adults, they come back to our condo at the Pelican whenever it is not rented. What a wonderful vacation spot to live or stay for a few days. A true piece of paradise.

Well it is day 2 of us being here and this place is amazing. The beach is beyond words, the pool is gorgeous especially at night and the condo is nice, big and decorated in a Pelican and beach theme. We will be back here for sure.

Don't forget to play a little shuffleboard game with your family. Too much fun. Hope you took my advice and visted some of the great restaurants in New Smyrna Beach. Garlic is my favorite.
