Our vacation home is furnished with your comfort and ease in mind - the living room features original oil paintings and two separate seating areas - one with two full size soft green leather sofas, coffee table and designer wool area rug, the other area features another designer wool area rug, two swivel club chairs, ottomans and a slim fit 51 inch Plasma flatscreen TV and a DVD and VCR player; the dining room features a custom Italian hand crafted dining room table with 15 mm glass top and eight chairs; a separate iron table with two chairs can be used for additional dining space and also as a game table; the kitchen features stainless steel appliances - built-in convection wall oven, microwave, flat cook top, dishwasher, side-by-side refrigerator with in-door filtered water and ice and is complete with the kitchenware needed to prepare a gourmet meal; the gulf-front master bedroom is furnished with a pillow-top king bed with Ralph Lauren linens, 40 inch flat screen LCD HDTV, DVD and VCR player, CD player, walk-in closet, designer art work and sliding glass door leading out onto balcony; the second bedroom features another pillow-top king bed with Ralph Lauren linens, 30 inch slimfit HDTV, DVD and VCR player and private bathroom; the third bedroom features two twin beds, oil paintings and a 20 inch stereo tv/dvd combination; the fourth bedroom features a trundle bed with two twin mattresses, theater-wide 26 inch digital television and private bathroom; the balcony table seats six and there are two relaxing lounge chairs on which to catch a nap or watch the ospreys circle and fish for their dinner.
Indigo requires weekly rentals, a guest in each unit that is at least 25 years of age, and guests are not allowed to have pets. This is a non-smoking unit. All linens, except beach towels, are provided. Saturday to Saturday rental requirement during peek travel season (Spring Break/Summer)

My favorite thing to do is to sit on the balcony early in the morning and watch dolphins while drinking my latte from the local coffee house.

Welcome to our vacation home page. We are the Austins. Our family consist of myself, my wife, 3 boys, and 1 girl. We hope you get a chance to enjoy Perdido Key and the Indigo property. We try to visit at least 5 or 6 times a year and seem to enjoy each one more than the last.

We stayed over Thanksgiving to visit our son who is in the Navy. Wanted lots of space and did we ever get it with this condo. The view is fabulous. I wasn't sure if we should rent at Indigo West or Indigo East. We were really glad we were at Indigo West as it sits out a bit further so I think the view was better. We didn't use the pool as the weather was a bit cool for that but it looked beautiful. Enjoyed one day of nasty rain and it was fun. Visited the beach a couple of times a day as it was just an elevator ride to the gararge and right out to the beach. Picked up lots of shells, watched pelicans, herons and cute little birds that ran in the surf. Talked to fishermen on the beach who were having lots of luck. This was my second visit to Perdido Key this year. My visit in July had better weather but this condo was so much nicer than what I'd rented before. We ate at Fisherman's Corner which was a favorite in July also. We ate in a lot since it was a holiday and wanted to spend time with our son. The kitchen was well equipped with dishes, pots and pans but was really lacking in things like spices and basic cooking needs. We were left with 1 garbage bag, 2 dishwasher tablets. We were there for a week so of course I had to buy some basic things which sort of annoyed me. All in all, we loved this condo. It is furnished very comfortably and it is super spacious. Everyone had their privacy. Would definitely recommend to others and would be tops on my list for another visit....just stick a few basic supplies in your suitcase.

Very nice unit that's well maintained. The view from the living room with all the curtains open is stunning, the photos don't do justice. The unit overall has a nice floor plan with furniture and accessories that are much nicer than your typical rental. The private elevator entrance is a very nice touch. Beach and pool are nice, very short walk from elevator to either. Also, try the Fishermans Corner restaurant just over the bridge. It doesn't look like much, but the food is great (went twice).
Recommended for:People with disabilities, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

This is our 1st time using Luxury Coastal @Indigo and they live up to their name of "luxury". The condo was extremely clean and their towels were fluffy soft just like a luxury spa. The owners have spared no expense with their furnishings. From high quality pillow top mattresses to designer comfortable furniture, you will be more than comfortable here. The photos really don't do the place justice. As always, this is one of the best beaches in Florida. If you are looking for white sandy beaches and a relaxing atmosphere- this is the place. We have stayed @ Indigo 6 times now and will return again!

We just arrived home after a week stay at this beautiful condo. We were very fortunate to have had a chance to work with Luxury Coastal Vacations who helped us quickly find this unit at the last minute due to a unit we had rented at another property that did not work out. We walked over to check this unit out and fell in love! It is far more beautiful in person and was super clean which was what we were looking for! The property and grounds were just fantastic and we are already talking abt returning next year! We have rented for the past 7 years and this unit met our every expectation! We love the Indigo property!! The condo was great. It met all our needs and was very clean. This was our third trip to Indigo and we are looking forward to returning next year. This condo will be high on our list. We have 5 adults and 2 children and this condo provided plenty of seating inside and out on the balcony and the beds were so comfy! We really enjoyed the Blue Angels practice show. We had a great meal at Cosmos and we enjoyed Lulu's also. We never miss pizza at Lillian's.

We rented the condo over Christmas and were VERY pleased. The accomodations were fantastic, the location can't be beaten and it was wonderful to be so close to a grocery store--which ia hard on the island. We'll definately be recommending this property--and VRBO--to our family and friends!! The private elevator made us feel like celebrities!

We had a great time. The condo was very nice, wonderful furniture and beautifully decorated. The pool area is one of the nicest we've seen. Seafood was great, we picked up some at a place under the bridge. Also the restaurant on the other side overlooking the waterway was great,too.

Wonderful condo. The nicest that we have ever stayed at. The pool and beach were fantastic and the water was lovely. Highly recommend this unit to anyone. Perdido Key is not crowded but has everything you need.
