These homes are rented separately or together as a whole property in order to accommodate larger parties. They are available for short-term or long-term rentals. Minimum rental rates do apply. The Estate Home comfortably sleeps 13 guests before resorting to couches and futon's, while the Farmhouse will sleep 12.
Both homes are fully furnished. Beautiful 100% cotton bed linen's and towels are provided for our guest’s comfort. The kitchen is well stocked with tasteful place settings to accommodate multiple family dinners. Basic herbs, spices, and condiments are provided, as well as pool towels, and swim toys. Multiple families are welcome. This is a very special luxury rental where we have anticipated and taken care of most of the hassle's that tag along with renting a private home. The two homes are located within short walking proximity of the other and are separated by a shared, sweeping, circular driveway. There is a beautiful spring-fed pond that is very clean and excellent for swimming or fishing (catch and release only) and an adjacent screened-in gazebo, as well as hot and cold-water outdoor shower. There is a propane grill for outdoor grilling and seasonal use of the trampoline, a wood-stocked outdoor fire pit and tennis coming soon. The winter offers a glorious back hill for sledding and ice on the pond for ice-skating. The grounds are beautifully maintained with gardens, woods and meadows along with expansive lawns. There is a 55 foot indoor swimming pool and hot tub which is available only to guests of the Estate house or groups that are renting the entire property.
This state-of-the-art modern home has polished, radiant-heated, walnut floors throughout with exposed metal girder beams, lath plaster, and mahogany screened windows that allow for spectacular views of the beautiful Haystack mountain state park the southern most Berkshire hill. The Boffi custom-built kitchen with indoor grill, six burner stove, double oven, two dishwashers, and abundant workspace is a cook’s dream. Appliances such as blenders, microwave, coffee maker, and cooking utensils are all provided. The Estate house boasts a full size, indoor pool with Jacuzzi. The pool is 55 feet long and 4 feet throughout and has a safety cover. French doors on either end can be opened for fresh air; a gorgeous, windowed cupola rises 25 feet above the pool, which is surrounded by glass on three sides. Located next to the pool is the spa, a cedar sauna and large tiled steam shower, bathroom, changing area, vanity, and washer/dryer are available for comfort and ease.
There are 6 bedrooms in the Estate house. A king-size bedroom suite is located on the lower level. This is a very special suite with its own entertainment lounge with a large screen T.V. Upstairs, there is the Master Suite with king size bed, large wardrobe room, the master bath and it’s a joining lounge with working fireplace. The master bath has double sinks, double shower, heated towel bars, bathtub with mountain views as well as a deck that overlooks the pond - with chairs for morning coffee, sunning, or late-night star gazing.
There are four more bedrooms on the second floor: one room with twin beds, perfectly suited for children, complete with toys and books. The three other bedrooms have full/queen beds and all have large windows with lovely views. There are 2 full bathrooms in the second floor guest wing and a second laundry room with a large capacity washer and dryer. The third floor "crow’s nest" is an office in the round with 360 degree views and Internet access.
The Farmhouse, over 200 years old, has been beautifully maintained and updated with a cook’s kitchen and central air conditioning. There is a six burner, industrial stove with double oven, griddle, and top browner. A pantry houses condiments and spices available for your use. Appliances include a microwave oven and coffee maker. There are wine glasses and place settings for 12. There is a television for DVD’s only; CD player and Ipod dock are all available to our guests. There is the master suite located on the ground floor. Upstairs there are four guest bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Two bedrooms have queen size beds, one full, and one twin. There is a finished “storybook” attic on the third floor with room for two sleepers this attic apartment is perfect for a babysitter, teenager(s), or couple who wants a bit more privacy. The dining room, which sits in the oldest part of the house, is stunning with wired candle sconces and a bay window, which reflects the beautiful evening light.

Late Fall: Oct 26 - Nov. 21: 9,000 per week, $7500 4 nite min. w/end.
Winter/Ski $10,000 weekly, $8500 - 4 nite minimum/weekend
Off peak: April 1 - May 12 - $9000/week, w/ends up to 4 nights for $7500
All major holidays: 13,000 per week.
Peak summer 2010: May 13 - October 18: $12,000/week, 36,000 - month
Early fall: weekends are available @ $9000 for up to 4 nights
All holidays: 13,000/week - extra fee of $1500 for gatherings over 30 people
Security deposit of $5000, for all bookings.
