  We really enjoyed our visit here. The view was gorgeous - got to see some absolutely beautiful sunsets! While the weather was not as good as it could have been, it was nice having a nice condo to hang out in when we couldn't be at the beach. It was very roomy. While the condo unit itself was very clean and maintained, I feel the actual grounds of the complex could use some TLC. We loved the location - were able to walk to so many places!! The Sandbar across the street was delicious!! Passing by, you'd probably not give it a 2nd glance, but a friend recommended it, and I'm so glad we went! We also stood in line one morning at Thomas Donuts...those were good! I would definitely recommend this unit to others. It was perfect for our trip - thanks!

  Your condo is beautiful and we really enjoyed our stay. I can honestly say it was our best family vacation! Very comfortable and perfectly appointed. The view from the balcony is amazing...we couldn't get enough and are already looking forward to our next visit. Thank you so much.

  This was a great place for a family vacation! We took our teens and grandparents for a week of fun. Everyone agreed that the place was an ideal location. You had wonderful views of the ocean and woke up to that every morning. We also loved the fact that we were oceanfront and had easy access to the ocean. The beach chair service was a nice touch and enjoyed having it!! The condo was beautifully decorated and clean. Loved coming home to air-conditioned condo after a long day of playing in the ocean or shopping. Definatly would stay there again if we had the chance!

  Our visit was fine. Everything was great because beach, pool, and parking were so convenient as well as grocery store across the street and Pier Park nearby. The complex as a whole needs to be spruced up a bit.

  It is a very well maintained condo. The views were excellent and the beach wasn't over-crowded. We really enjoyed our stay.

  The condo was in great condition, furnished nice, and very spacious. The views from the wrap around balcony were fabulous! The location of the condo is excellent with everything we needed near by. I would recommend this condo my family and friends. The owner was great to work with and I look forward to staying again soon.

  We really enjoyed the use of your Condo at Aquavista. Location was great with Winn Dixie across the street and other shopping options very close by. Beach was not crowded at all and the complimentary beach service came in handy. We had 4 teenagers and a nine year old and everyone had a great time. The pool and hot tub got pleanty of use from the kids. While the condo does have some age, it was well maintained and grounds were very clean. Parking and elevators were very convenient with elevator right across from our door with no wait ever. Inside the unit was very comfortable and clean. Probably the only slight downside is that the bedrooms are a little small but we don't spend a lot of time in those anyway so this is very minor. Nice wrap around balcony with plenty of space and the views were great of the ocean. While this is not the newest facility, the price and value for what you get is very good. Thanks again and we look forward to renting from you again.

  This place was great. Went with another family and we had 2 kids and it was plenty of room. Never felt crowded. Very family oriented place. Hope to stay here again next year.

  I really enjoyed Aqua Vista, especially the location, out of the congestion and close to the airport, a grocery, and Pier Park I don't like the really high rises, so an eight floor bldg. was about as big as I wanted to stay in. This condo had plenty of kitchen ware, towels, comfortable beds. But not a comfortable place to sit in the condo. The couch was very uncomfortable as were chairs. Rugs curled up and one guest tripped on rug and fell. Luckily not hurt. Great to have the beach chairs and umbrella. The pool was nice. The place was pretty dusty when we got there on Oct. 1. Had some trouble with the wireless, but the owner was very helpful. I would recommend taking the Sunset and Dolphins cruise on the St. Andrews Bay Ferry with Cpt. Hal on Thurs or Sat evening. Best $10 you will spend; Hunt's Oyster Bar, Dee's Hangout, Angelo's steaks, Big Mama's on the Bayou, Thomas Do-Nuts, Jennie's Diner, Papa Joe's in Apalachicola, and Salt Water Grill.

  Recommended for: Age 55+.

  We have been looking for years for a place we could stay year after year. After staying at Aquavista we can honestly say we found one. The best part is the convenience to everything with out the huge crowds like other condos. Its almost like having a private beach. Weather was beautiful and we had a wonderful time. The transactions went smoothly and the owners were very easy to deal with. I will definitely recommend this condo to anyone traveling to the PCB area.
