The Hollinsed House: Carriage House - Key West, Florida Vacation This deluxe "Key West Charmer" is a beautifully restored Victorian home that was converted into condominiums many years ago, located just one block off of Duval Street in the Heart of Old Town Key West. Our casual atmosphere allows you to chill out and enjoy having the best of Key West within easy walking distance of all the restaurants, bars, entertainment and museums that we are most famous for. Mingle with other guests around the tropical gardens surrounding the heated pool and sundeck creating the perfect setting for a laid back and quiet afternoon. Enjoy alfresco dining in the tropical gardens while you enjoy the wonderful weather that Key West offers!! Depending upon your needs, we have 4 condo suites available for you: 1st Floor - "The Poolside Suite" A large deluxe suite with a king bed that has been recently remodeled with beautiful travertine tile, french doors, and a complete kitchen with everything you need and the space to do it in! 1st Floor - "Shangri-La Suite" A large deluxe suite with a queen bed and futon, bath and kitchen that is tucked away for privacy with it's own courtyard. 2nd Floor - "Caribbean Suite" Tropical 2BR/1BA with king beds & futon, full kithcen and private balcony overlooking the pool and garden area. 2nd Floor - "Victorian DeLights" 1BR/1BA with queen bed & sleeper sofa, newly remodeled kitchen, high ceilings, bright sunshine with many windows.

Season ... Jan 1 -Apr 30 ... from $1375/week (call for daily rate specials).
Off-Season.. May 1 - Dec 30.. from $895/week (call for daily rate specials).
Shoulder Events .. from $169/night (minimum # of night may apply)
Special Events & Holidays ... Call for rates (minimum # of nights may apply)
