The unit has new carpet, new ceramic tile throughout, new paint and brand new furniture. It is a fully furnished second floor unit with fabulous views of the beach.

There is a community table and chairs to sit and enjoy the view directly outside front door. There is assigned parking plus many available unassigned spaces and laundry fascilities on site. Huron Sands is a family oriented complex with a safe and secure environment for children. Sand volleyball is a favorite summer time sport.

Come and pamper yourself for a week of relaxation or bring the kids for some of the best summer fun in Michigan. Spend time on the beach or rent a canoe or tube and float down the pristeen Ausable river which is walking distance from your front door. Or, bring your boat and moor it at the Ausable river mouth which again is within walking distance.
