We have just renovated all 3 bathrooms, new paint, blinds, Flat Screen TV, etc,. This three bedroom, three bath Condominium is an excellent getaway for friends and family. It is located in the Sugar Beach Condominiums. This is a family environment that includes beachfront Condominium, two patio decks, tennis courts, basketball goals, game-room, pool, and much more. We have a full kitchen and eating area for all of us who enjoy cooking.
If you do not feel like cooking, there are many good places to eat. Some of my favorites are Hunts, Fire Fly, BoneFish, Pampanos, Capt. Andersons, Saki House II, Salt Water Grill, Boat Yard, Schooners, etc. Pampanos and Salt Water Grill are a left turn onto Thomas Drive from the Condominium, and Capt. Andersons, Boat Yard, Saki House II, and Schooners are a right turn onto Thomas Drive from the Condominium. I am sure you will make your way around and find a couple of your favorites.

We had a great stay over July 4 week at this condo. I have stayed at Sugar Beach before and love the complex. Nothing fancy, no high rise elevators or crowds. Plenty of amenities, clean pool, great uncrowded beach location. Easy access to Back Beach rd to avoid the traffic for a drive to Pier Park. Close to grocery,Captain Andersons, Putt Putt, Spinnaker etc. This condo is in a great location with entrance on front and back balcony. It has been renovated very well and is very comfortable for 8 guests. Stocked with everything you will need! It is also one of the few for rent that has an ocean view. You can also see the whole lagoon that is inhabited by turtles, huge koi/carp, frogs at night singing,white egrets, ducks and blue heron.Beds are comfortable and linens are nice. Owner is very easy to deal with and honest. We will absolutely stay here again on our next trip to PCB.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.
