Payment Policy:
To reserve the booking, you are required to submit a Security Deposit in the sum of $600.00 and complete a contract agreement.
Your $600.00 Security Deposit will be refunded within 3-5 business days, should there be no damages to the property after check out.
Payment must be made by cashiers check, money order, travelers check, or accepted Visa/Master Credit Card (NO PERSONAL CHECK).
Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel your reservation after it has been confirmed, the owner will make every attempt to re-book your reservation. If the reservation is re-booked at the same rate, you will be refunded 90% of the Total funds paid. If the reservation cannot be rebook, you understand that the moneys paid may not be returned.
