Pelican's Landing features two swimming pools, children's playground,covered paved parking, and direct beach access. Just a short walk to Apache Pier with live entertainment in the summer, or Ocean Annie's where you can shag the night away! Across the street is the Straw Market with a general store, ice cream and pizza parlor, and an ABC store. A short drive gets you to Barefoot Landing with over 100 shops, and entertainment like Alabama Theater, House of Blues, and many great restaurants. Only one mile from 2001,Bimini's,Rossi's, and a 24/7 Kroger Superstore and Super Walmart and the newest Tangiers Outlet Stores. And of course Golf courses are everywhere!

Year Purchased: 1999
After searching for quite some time, our two families purchased our Pelican's Landing condo in 1999. Together we have seven children and our families have a wonderful time when we vacation at the beach. Shore Drive is a wonderful family area and we also enjoy the restaurants, shopping and nightlife that is close by.
