Beautifully decorated Artist's Villa with lovely sea views over Nice, Cap Ferrat, Villefranche and the Cap d'Antibes. Large windows everywhere that open right up so you can even look out to sea while you're cooking! There is a private 9x4 Metre pool and large totally private and peaceful gardens with orange and lemon trees.
There are 4 bedrooms with bathrooms (two with showers and two with bath tubs) The Master bedroom has a cast iron clawfoot bath so you can look out to sea while you soak - and the large glass doors open right out onto the terrace for breakfast.
The gardens consist of 1000 square metres over 4 terraces. There is a shaded terrace dining area with sea views, covered in bougainvillea, jasmine and grape vines, which keep this area deliciously cool for eating al fresco. There is also a wooden decked area of 75m2 with huge parasol, sun loungers, a Provencal BBQ and hammock - perfect for afternoon chilling out.
The garden has lemon trees (great for Gin and Tonics!) , orange , plum, apricot, avacado, and a vine with delicious green grapes throughout September. It's a perfect summer holiday rental - a romantic haven or a great family holiday location.
