A delightful, bright Rome apartment on the first floor (no lift) with very easy stairs, in one of Rome’s most prestigious fashion districts. Via Vittoria is part of the famous fashion block that includes, Via Condotti, Via del Babbuino and Piazza di Spagna. The apartment can accommodate 4 people. You will find yourself in a magnificent location where, within a few minutes you will be at some of the most famous landmarks in Rome. If shopping is your thing, or even window shopping, this is where you need to be. The area is bustling with activity during the day yet calm by night. If sight seeing is a must, you are just in the middle of the most attractive town in the world and everything is within reach, Piazza di Spagna, Fontana di Trevi, Il Quirinale, Il Pantheon, Piazza Navona, Campo de’ Fiori, Coliseum. This neatly organised Rome apartment is around 80 square meters, and is tastefully furnished with a mix of modern chic, hi-tech and traditional

Accommodation :
Bedroom 1 with double queen size bed, large cupboard.
Living room with a large sofa with double bed.
Large bathroom with bath/shower over, wc, bidet and basin. Continuous quantity of hot water.
Fully equipped kitchen with cooker, hob, gas oven, fridge, freezer, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, board and iron, all you need for good cooking or light meals. A provision of first groceries is provided (ex. coffee, tea, etc).
Independent heating and air-conditioner.
You enter a hallway and the living room is to the right, there you’ll find a modern dining table for four, a sofa bed for two people, a plasma TV, a DVD, a useful library with books and magazines and an easy chair by the window.
The hallway is large with some furniture to provide space for personal belongings.
Towels and linen are included in the rates.

PAYMENT METHODS:
Allowed payment methods are:
20% of the total cost of the stay is due upon reservations as a confirmation deposit; the remaining 80% upon arrival. Instructions regarding payment will be communicated via e-mail.

AVAILABILITY OF THE APARTMENT:
The apartment is normally occupied after 3pm on the day of arrival and vacated before 11am on the day of departure. But if you have Special Check-in and/or Chech-out requirements, if possible, I will try to accomodate your needs.

  • This beautiful and spacious apartment is in the heart of Rome and almost everything is in easy walking distance. We loved the large windows because they let you feel the pulse of Rome! The cafe downstairs was a great place for morning coffee. Toni and Eleonora did everything possible to make our time in Rome special and it was! We hope to return--soon! Thanks Toni!

  • If you like the hustle and bustle of a big city then this apartment would be perfect for you: it's in the heart of Rome where life never stops. It's only 3 min. from the Spanish Steps,8 min. from the Villa Borghese Park, 10 min. from the Fontana di Trevi, 15 min. from the Pantheon, in one word: just bring your walking shoes! Also, the owner of the apartment Eleonora and her friend Toni will do anything to make sure you have everything you need to make your stay memorable.

  • We have just completed 2 months at this apartment and we feel like we are leaving home. It is the BEST location in all of Rome and we plan to return. The best part of the apartment is Toni and Eleanora. We have truly made friends for life and they were the best tour guides we have ever had. We would recommend this apartment to anyone.   • What a great location! Shopping, excellent restaurants and the sights of Rome are right outside the door. The apartment was very comfortable and being there felt like home. The cafe downstairs was a great place for morning coffee and snacks. It was fun having a kitchen were we could shop locally and prepare our own meals. The owner was very helpful and a great source of knowledge on Rome. I would not hesitate to stay there again and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a great stay in the Eternal City!

  • I have stayed in many parts of Rome throughout the years and this charming apartment and location is the best. It is on a quiet street with zoning for limited traffic (away from the chaos and crowds), and is within walking distance of the glorious sights. We loved this spacious, open Roman apartment. The owners are extraordinarily warm and helpful. Everything was provided to make the week very comfortable. I can't wait to return. The vacation was magical.
