Welcome to our Condo at Mountainside Condominiums in Frisco.

This is an end unit, quiet, decorated in a combination of southwestern and mountain fashion. The unit is on the second floor.

Cozy fireplace for hanging out, playing cards, and enjoying the solitude.

The master bedroom has a queen-size bed and an attached private bathroom with tub. The guest room has a double bunk bed on the bottom and a single on the top. There is also a single bed in the room. A guest bathroom is down the hall. There is a pullout couch in the living room for an additional sleeping area.

Our condo is close to the best ski areas, and the bike path is just a short walk. Hike out your back door to a mountain lake or peak. A ten minute walk will take you to charming Frisco, with a variety of excellent restaurants and small shops. Get away from the crowds.

***If you stay less than 7 nights, and the weekly rate is cheaper than the daily rate, we will automatically quote you the weekly rate.

***If you are interesting in renting a few days and your booking would allow us to fill a partially booked week, we will apply the prorated weekly rate for your stay:
Example:
The condo is already rented from Thursday until Saturday;
You wish to rent from Saturday until Thursday (5 nights) prior to the next booking; We would charge ($890/7)*5 = $635 instead of the daily or weekly rate.

100% Refund ($50 Processing Fee).

B) If We Are Able to Rent to Another Party at a Discounted Price: We Will Refund up to the Amount We Were Able to Collect from the Other Party (Minus $50 Processing Fee).

Year Purchased: 2007

I grew up in France and discovered Frisco in 2001. Shortly thereafter, I purchased my first property there and have enjoyed it tremendously. I hope that you will enjoy this part of the world as much as I do.

Why the Owner Chose Mountain Side

The MountainSide condominium complex is a very sought-after complex in Summit County. The clubhouse was completely remodeled a few years ago and is very well maintained and cleaned on a daily basis.
Clubhouse amenities include a pool, inside and outside hottubs, a racquetball court, a sauna, a steam room, locker rooms are fully equipped with warm showers.
The complex faces the National Forest and borders the bike path. It is located a walk way from Main Street (5 blocks) in a quiet location. Great for families with children, active people who enjoy the outdoors or retirees looking for a quiet place to relax and enjoy the views.

    • My group has stayed in Mountain Side 279-E for almost 10 years. It is a great place to stay and ski Summit County. The Condo has recently been updated and has all the technology you need. The bedrooms are in the back so if someone wants to stay up and watch TV others are not bothered. The club house has great hot tubs to relax after a long ski day.

    • Absolutely lovely cozy condo. Very comfortable beds and linens, new furnishings, great views, extremely clean, WiFi worked perfectly. It's an easy walk or bike ride from the condo to the clubhouse with pool and hot tubs, to nice hikes, to dinner in town, the marina, and a great children's play area nearby. We found the owners were the best we’d ever worked with on VRBO in terms of prompt and easy communication. When renting a vacation home you hope for a place that is as nice when you arrive as it looked in the photos – this condo more than fulfilled those hopes. We would stay here again without hesitation.
