Our spectacular oceanfront rental home (Casa De Suenos)is the only private oceanfront home near the charming historic district. The home was totally remodeled in 2007. It includes: 3 bedrooms and 3 baths in the main house and an additional 2 bedroom & 2 bath guest house that can be rented in addition to the main house for even larger groups. We now have a NEW splash/social pool WITH AN OCEAN VIEW!
We are located along Mazatlan’s famous Malecon(boardwalk)where you can walk or ride bikes for miles along the Pacific Ocean. This vacation home is in an upscale beach neighborhood and a short walk to the famous Olas Altas beach which has great boogie boarding/surfing. Our local beach, Los Pinos Beach, is a 3 min. walk from the house. Also,you are near Mazatlan’s Old Historic District that has a charming European feel and where you can wander the narrow streets and shop the local artisans. Eat at the many outdoor restaurants at the fabulous Plaza Machado. This spectacular vacation rental home is the place to watch the most amazing sunsets in the world with unobstructed views, from the comfort of your own oceanfront terraza.
In the guest house of Casa de Suenos there are two seperate bedrooms with baths. On the first floor is a one bedroom w/ full bath and kitchenette and looks out on a beautiful garden courtyard. The upstairs is a full sized bedroom and bath and has an ocean view across the upstairs terrace. Each room in the guest house can be rented for larger groups.
Casa de suenos has three separate patios. The front of the house has a full length ocean front patio with semi private sitting areas with table and chairs for each of the two oceanfront bedrooms. The rest of the front patio is at the entrance to the house with additional space for sitting, BBQ fresh shrimp, and enjoying those incredible "green flash" sunsets. The area between the main house and the guest house has a courtyard patio with fountain for more of a shaded peaceful atmosphere, either way you can enjoy the warm climate of Mexico in the outdoors.The upper sundeck is open to everyone for private swimming & sunbathing.
The house is great for families, couples, reunions, and wedding groups.

Casa De Suenos (House of Dreams) is owned by Jim and Candace Penn. We are originally from California and have lived permanently in Mazatlan 1 1/2 years. Jim is an avid fisherman and loves to takes guests on guided fishing trips. Candace loves to help suggest activities for guests and give recommendations on fabulous restaurants nearby.

The Unique Benefits of this House
You are right on the ocean!!!! You have easily accesible transportation all over Mazatlan, right out the front gates. It is safe & secure. You can swim, BBQ, sunbathe, people watch right off the front terraces. It is modern utilities, safe drinking water, and all the comforts of home. It is away from the more crowded, touristy areas of Mazatlan, but easily accessible to everything with the historic district just minutes away!
