Located on the exclusive resort of Emerald Island, Our Luxury villa will sleep 16 and has seven bedrooms, five and a half bathrooms, and upgraded interior designer furnishings. The amazing South-Facing views can be enjoyed from the Extended deck and covered Lanai or from the Oversized pool with adjoining heated spa.
A stay at this villa will guarantee your family or group a luxurious vacation in your home away from home, an abundance of free local activities within a beautiful setting, and easy access to the many Orlando attractions.
The many features and facilities offered in the Villa:
This exquisitely-styled and furnished home is equipped with everything the discerning vacationer should require. From top of the range upgraded kitchen appliances to 2 King-and 1 Queen size beds in the three master bedrooms. In addition, there is one queen-size bedroom and three twin bedrooms.
To add to the flexibility there is a pull out sleeper sofa in the formal lounge. All bedrooms are equipped with TVs and DVDs and the main gathering room is equipped with a large 48"+ HDTV Television, DVD/VCR player, PlayStation 2 and High Speed Wireless Internet.
Dual Air Conditioning The home is equipped with Dual Air Conditioning and Hot Air Heating. The temperature is set independently for both floors ensuring the home remains at a constant comfortable temperature. Every room is air conditioned and there are ceiling fans in most bedrooms. The gathering room and formal lounge provide further air circulation and cooling when required.
Entertainment:
Apart from the obvious entertainment that central Florida has to offer, it is often nice to relax in the home and take in a movie or enjoy some family fun with a board game or the PS/2. Tinkerbells Retreat' is equipped with a range of board games and the PS/2 and home entertainment systems are there to be enjoyed whenever you wish. Unfortunately, we can not provide DVD's or PS/2 games and recommend that guests bring a selection of their own. In addition to this, there is a Games Room which has a pool table, air hockey, and Dart board At Tinkerbells you're unlikely to be short of something to do!
TV, DVD and Wireless High Speed Internet:
As stated above, the home is equipped with a TV in every bedroom. In the gathering room you will find a 48"+ Rear Projection TV System . This assures you an excellent picture and high quality sound whether watching a DVD or one of the 35+ cable TV channels.
Furnishings
The most popular observation we get from our guests is how beautifully furnished the home is. We worked closely with an interior designer and used high quality furnishings and fabrics throughout the home. The result is not only very attractive, but practical and comfortable too. There is plenty of storage space and the feeling of luxury as well as space can be felt throughout the home.

Hi Derek We had a great holiday and the house was wonderful. We particularly enjoyed the view from the back of the house which it is evident many of the houses don't have. We all spent part of most afternoons in the pool as a rest from Disney. We were able to put the fence up at night round the pool and therefore had no worries about the safety of the children in the morning. All the beds were comfortable and the showers, loos etc worked perfectly. We would certainly rent the house again next time we are in Orlando. Regards Jill J Millar April 09

What a wonderful home to use while visiting Disney World and all the area attractions. We were a large group (3 moms and 7 kids) and the house was PERFECT! Plenty of room for everyone, comfortable seating and lots of sleeping options (twin beds, queen beds, etc). We look forward to visiting Tinkerbelle's Retreat again in the future. Mr. Picton, Our family had a most wonderful vacation while staying in Tinkerbell’s retreat, your holiday home. The house was very comfortable and there was plenty of room for everyone. We appreciated the soft linens and there were plenty of towels which came in handy as the children were in the pool every single evening. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook family dinners at the home and we took advantage of both of the large eating areas along with the lanai. I was very impressed with Emerald Island Resort; the area was clean, secure, and very quiet and our time spent there was quite relaxing. The home was also conveniently located to all parks, especially Disney, and travel to and from was a breeze. Anyone looking to visit Florida should put this villa at the top of their list. We thought it was exceptional and in a fabulous location for the Disney parks. Derek: We have returned from Orlando yesterday and I wanted to thank you for the courtesies extended to us. The house was wonderful and very comfortable. We played Golf all day and basically only slept at the house. Everything was very clean and everybody enjoyed the house very much.

We really enjoyed the house and especially the pool as you can see from the couple of pictures I have attached. It was VERY HOT there last week and we were grateful for the wonderful air conditioning in the house! Disneyworld is an "every other year" experience for our family so we will be going again in 2010.
