The condo was very comfortable and the beds better than my own at home. The room was very clean with everything we needed for a great vacation. Location was close to restaurants and shopping. Will rent again with owner. It was quick, easy and much lower in cost than other owners when we shopped around.
Recommended for:Girls getaway.

Came for a week stay to get away and had a great time. We come once every year. Location was close to everything, plenty of pools and hot tubs to relax in. Room was much cleaner than the resorts South of the convention center. Will never stay any other resort. Clean room, clean sheets and owner was very easy to work with and reserve.
Recommended for:Sightseeing.

Our family of 4 had a great time in Myrtle Beach at the Camelot Resort. The room was clean and inviting. The beds were new and very comfortable. I have a bad back, so we were very glad for that. I liked that there was everything I needed to make snacks and quick lunches in the kitchen before heading out to the beach with kids. The kids loved the beach and we always had room for our umbrellas on the sand. The weather was perfect for us so we could spend as much time on the beach as we liked. Broadway at the Beach shopping was only 2 minutes away and we went to see the free nightly fireworks there after shopping and dining. I recommend the Steakhouse and Magaritaville Rest. there, but arrive early because a long line can form really quickly for dinner. I would definately rent with the owner again. Booking was easy and fast and no problems once we got there! Other owners charge for this and that but the owners here really worked with us and were really personable. They gave us a lot of advice on shopping, food and discounts that we would have never known. Staying here saved us more money than if we stayed at a hotel/motel. Will book again next year!
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, families with young children.

The room was as expected, except for cleanliness! The beds slept well and it had a nice oceanfront view. I think renters should be aware of housekeeping issues! The housekeeping service said it was not the first time they were unaware the room needed to be cleaned.
Owner response:The large amounts of rain and humidity have intensified the prevalence of Palmetto bugs in the entire area. The bugs may resemble roaches but are typically harmless as they seek shelter from heavy rain. Upon notification by the renter, we immediately resolved the issue and offered her a full refund for the entire stay. The renter completed her stay with no further issues.
