Just imagine yourself relaxing on this top floor condo's lanai balcony, overlooking the palm trees, family beach & snorkeling bay that is just steps from this 15 unit complex. For the more adventurous, Kahaluu also has surfing, with a premier surf school right across the street.

After a morning snorkel in this calm, shallow bay (where you will see an awesome variety of colorful tropical fish, several Green Sea Turtles, and a beautiful array of coral), take a swim and sun bath by the lovely pool that is immediately below your condo!

After a day of playing in the sun, shopping or touring, come back to this spacious, 1200 square foot tropical retreat for a laid back barbeque dinner and a spectacular sunset, the highlight of every evening! Or venture out to one of several wonderful restaurants and sunset venues in the area. (Twelve turtles sleep on a lava rock in front of the hotel open air bar, just a short block away, every evening!)

  • April 2007-we visited four islands. We stayed in condos on Maui, Kauai, and Hawaii, and this one was the best by far. Very spacious and very comfortable. There were six of us in the condo and we had plenty of room. The views were beautiful, the best snorkeling is just steps away, and it's so close to shopping, restaurants, and amenities. The neighbors are lovely, too. The condo was well taken care of, nicely decorated, and spotless. Thanks for a great time!

  • This is the perfect place to stay in Kona. My husband and I give it a A+++ rating and two thumbs up! In addition to its proximity to Kahaluu Bay and other Big Island attractions, it is a 5 minute drive to the supermarket, shops and restaurants. The condo is large, well equipped and spotless. It even has a washer and dryer. Ceiling fans in every room bring the cool ocean breezes into your penthouse home.The view of the bay and sunset from the lanai is an added treat as is the reserved, covered parking. Perfect for a couple or a family. We will definitely stay there again.
